This location was very quick to seat us on a Saturday afternoon. We tried the new blue moon sauce on boneless wings which was very good. Service was quick and attentive. Always reasonably priced.

I came in hoping to enjoy some wings with my friends, but instead came into an unwelcoming and unfriendly environment that has hindered my BWW experience. Our waitress, Olivia, was utterly rude and completely disrespectful to my friends and me. She barked her words at us and completely ignored our table, and sped passed us numerous times claiming she'd be over in "one moment". I believe there should be repercussions for her actions, and I will not be returning to this location any time soon. I do, however, greatly appreciate the manager on duty's kindess and gratuity. He apologized for her behavior, and even compensated for it by giving us free fries. If I do say so myself, he should be running the store all the time. One star for Olivia, five stars for Morgan.

One recommendation, do NOT sit with Lynette. She is one of the most absent minded servers I have ever experienced, and I am a server. We arrived about an hour and twenty minutes before the restaurant closed to have a quick bite with my brother and his co workers. Everything was fine until we were ready to order our food. You could tell she wasn't even listening when we ordered. When we got our food she had rung in the wrong fries. My friend immediately told her that wasn't what she ordered. She just looked at her with a blank stare. My friend said "I guess I'll just eat them, its fine." She literally WALKED AWAY, said absolutely nothing, no apology, no manager came over, nothing. A few minutes into the meal, my friend had tried the wrong dish, and decided that she really did not like it. We tried to get her attention. We were sitting at a high top, so we were about at eye level. We did a little wave, and said excuse me. She passed by us, literally an arms length away and she completely ignored us. Once we finally got her attention, we politely asked if we can get the correct order of fries. She replied "OK" with no emotion at all and walked away. After watching her ring in the new order she proceeded to talk to her friend. This wouldn't bug me at all, except for the fact that we were waiting for an order that was wrong in the first place. For about 8-10 minutes she proceeded to chat with her friend. Completely ignoring us, or not caring about the second order coming out, even with the rest of the food on the table. My brother was pretty annoyed with her attitude at this point and decided he would stare her down until she noticed that we needed something. About 4 minutes of staring later her friend told her that he was looking at her and she walked into the kitchen to get the new order of fries. When she brought them to the table she said dropped them off, said nothing, and walked away. You could tell by the taste of the fries that they had been sitting in the window for a while. They were hard, overcooked, and tasted stale. Just by sight you could tell they were old. We noticed one manager around, and were going to say something, but he had just asked a group of people to leave and it wasn't even closing time yet. So it seemed useless and like nothing would get done anyways. So we are leaving this review as a warning to future guests. You could tell from the beginning she didn't want to be there. She is one of those servers who is fine doing a half fast job and getting a half fast tip. Even though we did leave her 20%. I have been to the Irvine, Culver location and THAT is an amazing location. Great service, she even brought us the check without asking, checked on us throughout the meal, and really made me feel like she cared about our dining experience. I think her name was Marci or Adrian!

Wow! Came in from a long drive and was greeted with a smile and a nice attitude! I tried their boneless wings and a bluemoon. The beer complemented their medium and honey bbq sauces very well. I think I will be returning here again due to the up beat sports atmosphere and the the over all service! After returning again the bartender gave us no time of day and attitude all night! I won't be returning

Even though this wings are just OK, I come back because they have a great happy hour (8 boneless wings for $6 and $3 margaritas) and service has always been really friendly and accommodating. They also do $0.60 wings on Tuesdays!

For what this place is its pretty good. We usually go to a Buffalo Wild Wings when we want to watch a game. We always get the boneless wings and a few beers. Their specialty drinks are pretty "meh" not well balanced and inconsistent and super pricey for what they are. I recommend just sticking with beer. The service is typically good. The management does a good job of keeping the place well staffed especially on game days so the service doesn't suffer when they are super slammed. So if you aren't expecting too much this place is okay. Good chicken, lots of yummy sauces to toss your chicken in, good beer, lots of tvs, and the service isn't too shabby.

I was such a fan of BW3 when I lived in the Midwest...but maybe its the massive expansion that robbed the chain of its zoie-de-vivre...but it certainly is a disappointment. Anywhoo..let me give specifics about my experience to be fair to this location. I like this location. It is up on the upper floor and has a cool view. The place is well laid out. My issue is 1 part the service and 1 part the food. Every single employee I saw here looked like they were having the literal worst night of their lives and wished they were anywhere else: having surgery to amputate a leg, being attacked by sharks...anywhere else....Either management at this location needs to be all fired for providing a terrible oppressive work environment for the employees...or management needs to be fired for hiring the wrong people. I could go on but I think u get the point. As far as the food...I remember how the wings used to be crispy and delicious...but dayum now they are all breaded and nasty like cheap chinese food. And the burger...c'mon...how hard is it to execute a halfway decent burger? Really? Ugh. This location could be super cool to watch an event but it just gets in the way of it.

Why do I continue to set my self up like this? After just seeing a movie with my two buddies, we wanted to have some wings and beer. Walked in and plunked ourselves at a table in the 'CENTER' of the bar area. Now, by no means are we small guys. I'm 215 lbs, and my two friends are both taller and larger than me. Armed with open menu's in hand, we counted at least 4-5 different servers working the bar area, not including the bartender herself. In a 10-15 minute timespan, various employees walked passes us back and forth at least 10-15 times MINIMUM and not one stopped at our table. One of my friends actually left at the 10 minute mark, but the other stayed with me and it turned into a game. How long can we be ignored? Well, hunger got the better of us, so we finally gave up at 15 minutes. On our way out we ran into the manager. We were cordial but aired our complaint. Instead of him saying "Hey, let me fix this for you." or "Come, I'll take care of you personally and throw in a few wings on the house,", he said "That's not good." "Uh, yeah...That is no good, so we will be leaving and going to Islands down the way." Where we were both greeted at the door, and literally had a server at our table in the first 20 seconds taking our drink order. We told him where we just came from and our new server said "Heh, we hear that a lot here." BWW...WAKE UP.

Decent location for bww. We were seated fast and the food came out quickly also. I did notice that our waitress seemed a little confused but maybe she was new. The food was good. What you would expect from a buffalo wild wings.

Terrible service here. My boyfriend and I went in on a Sunday night for dinner waited at least 15 minutes before we were greeted by a waitress, despite there being at least 8 people working that night. Not to mention it was not busy! The waitress also did not come check up on us, as she should have. We had to call her over if we needed something. We were very irritated, so we ate quickly and asked for our check. The wings were good, but the experience was absolutely terrible. Needless to say, I will no be going back.

My friend and I went here a couple times. Both times the service was horrible. This last time they got my friends order completely wrong. We could even hear the people in the booth behind us complaining about their incorrect order. I don't know what happened to our food, but my friend and I both got sick after eating here

My son and a group of his friends went in after prom. They wanted to grab something before heading back home. He came home and told me that the staff was not entirely friendly and that one woman in particular who brought their "to go orders" was very rude and disrespectful. He didn't want to respond because he was afraid they'd do something to their food. I wish he would have gotten her name so I could call the manager.

We came here.. We sat at bar.. No waiting. So we sat and waited and waited.. No server. Then we went over to main seated area and then again was waiting for a server no one for 10 more minutes. Mind you took us 20 mins to find parking. There was barely anyone at the restaurant. So we got up and left. Terrible service, do not eat at this place.

Terrible, flaky, non-attentive service. A thousand servers all talking to each other. Tables not cleared. I blame management. Train your people. Wings are good, as usual. Won't go to this one anymore.

Can I give 0 stars? This place is is the worst place I've even been and that's saying something. This is the absolute last time I'm coming here and I can't wait for it to shut down. You guys should be embarrassed that you manage this crap of a place.

Ate here with my wife and 2 kids. Had great service from our server Nina. Chicken sandwiches and onion rings were good. Kids meals were good. The downside of this location is its pretty dirty. Hostess seemed to clean the tables herself. She took a few minutes to greet us before sitting us at a dirty table. The restrooms were a mess as was the other server areas that would could see. Good food but dirty business. We will probably not be back to this location.

My bf and I come here once a week and we usually get greeted immediately and seated with in minutes. We always sit in the same location, which is usually available because of its location. Servers are ok, nothing special, they forget something every time we are there. There hasn't been one time that we have had only one server at a time either, meaning that our servers always goes on a break and we are given a new server which is annoying. But the last experience is what my score is based off of... When we showed up there only one group of 3 ahead of us, we waited 30 minutes for a table. But here is the thing, my bf always goes to see if that table (or the one next to it) is empty and it ALWAYS is, and was this night as well. We asked if we could sit there since it was empty and the hostess kinda snapped back at us saying, "no you have to wait there are people ahead of you, and besides that table is dirty!" It wasn't dirty, we were looking right at it. But she told us it would be another 15 min before we got sat. in the mean time 2 other parties came in an were seated with in minutes. Finally it was our turn and we were seated at the table that had been sitting clean and empty the whole time. Another 10 minutes goes by before anyone approaches our table, another 10 minutes to get waters (and we ordered food at the same time as the waters), we got our fries 15 minutes later. Best part is that there was a manager standing across from us almost the entire time and he was looking at us. Like HELLO! We never knew what happened to our large order of wings because after waiting over an hour, we left. We had enough. We will probably not be going back to this location until they hire customer service oriented staff.

We have a couple of Buffalo Wild Wings in my area, but this was my first time at BWW. We ate in the bar area and just had wings & drinks only. We had three out of their twenty-one flavors of sauces & dry seasoning traditional wings - Wild: classic wing sauce big, Lemon Pepper: citrus seasoning with a pinch of pepper, Parmesan Garlic: roasted garlic & parmesan sauce with Italian herbs. All the flavors were good. For the Parmesan Garlic flavor, I would have preferred it in dry seasoning top with Parmesan opposed to a sauce. Next time I'd like to try the Mango Habnero, Desert Heat Seasoning & Asian Zing traditional wings.

This was my first experience at a BWW, and I thought the service was attentive and rather kind. The server informed us that happy hour was about to end and if we get the order in, we'll get the happy hour prices. The money wasn't a big deal, rather the attitude of assisting was remarkable. I wanted to try various sauces and he came back with labelled sauces for us to dip. Multiple checks to see if all was alright and I was very pleased. The food was tasty, albeit bar type food and not the most healthy, but it was better than what I expected. We ordered a number of things, but the 24 piece boneless wing order was the highlight. The pretzels were excellent and I've had my share in Germany over the years! What knocked off a star was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The booth's benches had crumbs on both sides, and was not cleaned when we approached the booth. Furthermore, the men's room was atrocious. Overall, I'd return hoping the place was cleaner, and if things didn't improve I wouldn't return to that BWW, but will go to another.

This place had cold miller lite on draft. In other cities that wouldn't warrant 2 stars but out west it's not as common so what the hell. Otherwise it was dreadful . The bartender was a bit crabby. My woman had a bloody mary and it might as well have been a v8. We politely commented that the drink was a little weak and she immediately excused it as out of her control. This may be true, a lot of these terrible chains auto-measure the booze which is stupid and just ruins the "drinking at a bar" concept in my opinion. A good bartender pours heavy and figures out how to do so even if they keep track of it. And a good bar owner lets the bartenders pour heavy, especially when the drinks are normal (read: over-) priced. So rather than have a ruined drink we sprung for a single shot of vodka so we could add to the drink. That was like $9. So a mediocre $17 bloody mary that was made with mix and by a rude bartender. We got the nachos which were terrible and the boneless wings. The wing sauces here are decent, but the boneless wings are more than half breading by volume. Avoid them. They're incredibly salty as well. I peeled off the breading as best I could. They're also clearly breaded at a factory, then frozen and sent to the restaurant. That might sound like "who cares' but a cook in the back tossing fresh chicken breast in flour and seasonings is much better. They give you 4 celery sticks with an order as well. I don't get it, isn't celery cheap relative to chicken? I like a lot of celery so this part just annoys me. I don't need to say anything about the décor, it's extremely focus-grouped. It looks like every other BWW I've been to except there is a lakers jersey on the wall instead of a *insert local team* jersey. I always love how they hang the local team jerseys on the wall, as if the guy that owns it (who has probably never set foot in there) is a lifetime fan and had it in his basement before he opened the place. This is it for me and BWW, it's been downhill for a while but this one sealed it for me.

Every time we come here they get something wrong. They never fail to disappoint in customer service. I try to do takeout due to the fact that service is slow, and they still get things wrong. There is only one waitress that is always spot on and she gets everything right, don't know her name but she said she had recently gone to NY, so props to her for actually doing a great job. Please management, work on your staff. It is still tolerable but would be great if service was a bit better.

So much better than Wing Stop! The wings are so much bigger and cooked to perfection. We sat in the bat this last time. The bar service was good considering in the time we were there we went through 3 servers. Someone was attempting the wing challenge while we were there. We decided to order a side of the sauce for the challenge to dip our items in, didn't seem crazy hot to me but I'm sure when eating it on a dozen wings, the heat gets to you. Kinda want to try the challenge...

This place is located on I believe the second story in the shopping center. We went for lunch and there really wasn't much of a wait. I thought the place tasted pretty consistent with the other Buffalo Wild Wings places I've been too, the food being relatively decent but not really special otherwise. My friend and I ordered the 20 wings, and we ordered them boneless and wet, meaning they would have extra sauce. We had the option of choose up to 4 flavors and with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce. The Honey BBQ and Asian Zing were good, both having a nice sweet flavor to them and the Asian Zing had a sweet and sour chile taste to it. We also had the Caribbean Jerk which was also decent. The Spicy Garlic was a little too strong, especially when wet, and I found that the flavor I liked least. The dish came with some veggies on the side.

Not good service, mixed up the labeling on the wings, only one football game on. Evidentially the A/C doesn't work or isn't turned on. Very hot and makes for a terrible time. Avoid this place, it sucks!!

My best friend and I are huge fans of Buffalo wild wings. However this place is just extremely loud for no reason and The layout is set up weird. But you can't really be a begged or chooser when it's either this one or the Buffalo wild wings in Oceanside which is 10 times worse. The food is decent and the beer is cold so they got that going for them.

  • Sam N.

Won't be eating here again! Service is pretty poor, there seems to be so many servers running around but not doing very much! Trying to get a hold of our own server was almost impossible. Given this place is all about the wings, we were pretty disappointed. For a family of 5, with 3 kids, we thought we'd order large wings and some onion rings. The wings were unbelievably salty! They put dry rub on them, as soon as you put them in your mouth you can feel your lips and tongue shrivel up and be preserved! We had to remove all the skin from the wings - skin is the best part! We really struggled to finish the wings due to the saltiness. The onion rings themselves were average. Overall our experience wasn't great and we won't be going back - just wish we read the other reviews first!

Horrible. Absolutely stupid horrible. Hair in food. Lemon pepper wings didn't have Lemon Pepper seasoning. The manager was a joke didn't care and basically said things like this just happen. Save your money and go to Ralph's. The wings in the deli case taste better.

Not only was this place awful. The manager Miguel had no idea what he was doing. The service was awful he then cut off the table that paid over $100. Because they had drank too much? Really a party of 7 or more? He didn't know what he was doing to himself or Kiloscope a facility that should just rebuild. Not only did their food stink so did the service. Stay away.

This is the first time eating upstairs at this location. You take an elevator up to this semi-open area with a fountain in the middle. My wife and I went Sunday morning to watch the Raider game. There were no Raider fans in the room when we arrived, but there were quite a few people out watching the NFL games and eating. We ordered 10 wings (5 lemon pepper / 5 mango habanero) and their spinach artichoke dip (comes with pita chips). Good stuff. The food and beer is always good at any Buffalo Wild Wings. The only question mark is, will I get a decent server? The the service will vary at Buffalo Wild Wing locations depending on your server. Otherwise, everything else is good. They generally hire cute servers and they seem to be friendly, but some are novice servers. It just can't happen at a busy place like this, but their food and the games are what keeps me coming back. :)

  • Stacey D.

They are so rude! Miguel who claims to be a manager treated me, the customer, so rude I requested my bill to leave and never go back. He is not professional and to be honest the way he speaks down to women I found very insulting and distasteful. Someone being a manager needs to be more in tune with customer service and speaking tactfully.

  • Mark J.

There are two "wildly" different experiences at the bar. One comes complete with stern service and copious of dirty glasses stacked in front of customers to the point of being disgusting. The other is with a nice smile, engaging service and a super clean bar. You will know the difference. I encourage management to pay closer attention to the dirty dish service and take action. Your customers notice.

I've been here multiple times and it's a place that you can never go wrong. Their wings are good and there are several options for snack plates. There are TVs everywhere covering any single sport events going on. It's a good place if you wanna watch a game and get some snacks/beer with friends

    (4)
  • Brett A.

Global warming, Crimea, ISIS, and now....shrinking chickens. Wings were very small, and overcooked as their kitchen still follows the recipe as if they were regular sized wings. Clearly they have opted to purchase just-hatched chick wings and have not dialed back their cook-time. $32 for a medium (15 piece) order of traditional wings and two happy hour beers. Projector tv's get washed out, need to cover up the windows or get new video equipment.

Another regular spot for me in OC. Good place to watch sports and have great choice of wings, sandwiches and nachos to enjoy with most of the best beers on tap. Best time to go is happy hour between 3 to 6. Craig T

I visited this restaurant today with my boyfriend to watch the Angels/Dodgers baseball game. Before we entered the restaurant, we saw many Angels posters on the gateway to the entrance. We arrived at approximately 1 pm, which is when the game started. There were many large screen TVs in the place, and not ONE of them was tuned on to the game! We had to remind the server at least twice to tune the TV near us to the baseball game. Not a good start to a so called sports themed restaurant. When we ordered the wings, they were pretty good. The service was a bit lacking, even though the place was not at all busy. We had to request napkins at least twice. The server was a bit rude as well, because while I was eating and not close to having my entree finished, he stated "would you like a box for that?". Again, it was not busy and the server had absolutely no need to say something like that. The other comment is that the size of the wings on the menu should state how many wings are in each particular size, i.e. snack 5 wings, small 10 wings, etc, and not having to play detective with one of the servers asking that. Another weird thing is that the server asked for ID to serve beers for us even though there is no question that we are both over 35. I just don't get that, has this place been in trouble before with the city or state alcohol licensing departments? I might come here again, but definitely hope that the experience is much better than I had today!!!

They do well at what they do.not a high in restaurant and they serve as fast as they humanly possibly can.sometimes understaffed they still work as fast as they can.the waiters/waitresses are the nicest.this place is made for when you're ready to either watch a game or chill with friends while eating.if you're goin just to eat you'll still be serves fast as possible but there'll be people who are either watching games or chilling there using the seats so you might have to wait to be seated.

To cut to the point... Food: I love that their wings here have all sorts of flavor and spice levels. The wings here are also very juicy and tender. I also ordered the ultimate nacho appetizer. Simple nacho dish. The chips were fresh and crisp so no complaints there! Drinks: There is alcohol. If you get the house margarita, I would ask for little ice, because they do tend to fill it up with 80% ice and 20% drink. Service: Nice people! I'd come here again for wings.

Ok so where are the days when UFC at Buffalo Wild Wings was free? I was surprised to see a $10 cover! Really. And apparently you can't wait in the bar area for an open seat unless you have a reservation. Not happy, however, the TVs are plentiful!

  • Will C.

At any restaurant I will always try the wings if they are on the menu. I find that most places don't cook them right, or there is not enough meat on the bone. At Buffalo Wild Wings the sauces are tasty and the wings are delicious! There is plenty of meat on the bones and if you don't like the bone there is always boneless wings wings! There is a bunch of TVs around the restaurant, and every sport is on. This is a great place for friends and family to eat!

I don't particulalry enjoy writing bad reviews, so, I will try to keep this as positive as possible. I went to college in Buffalo, NY and lived in Western NY for a total of 32 years. I have had the distinct pleasure of eating at many of the best Buffalo wings joints throughtout the Niagara Frontier, including The Anchor Bar, Duffs, Rooties and many others... I enjoy trying Buffalo wings in other cities and from time to time I am pleasantly surprised when a restaurant more or less gets it right. One such place that comes to mind is the University of Chicken, aka Cluck U, in Santa Clara, Ca. They have a great product. What makes a great chicken wing? It has to come to the table steaming hot. The skin, and yes, the wings must have skins on, has to be crispy, at least when it arrives at the table. If is is a Buffalo sauce, it has to be made from Franks Red Hot, or at least Texas Petes Hot Sauce, vinegar and butter, probably a few other things too. It has to be spicy hot, no mamby pamby mild... well, once upon a time I would require them to be hot, not so much anymore. However, if you call them hot, and they don't make you sweat by the third one, then thye aren't hot, thye are mild. One way to tell if they have enought vinegar is if the hots ones make you cough if you accidently inhale just as you bring the wing to your mouth. This will inevitably happen if they are hot enought because you will have a hard time catching your breath between wings. The key to eating the hot ones is just to keep eating them and use the blue cheese or ranch dressing as a cooling tonic. If your lips are chapped you will really feel the burn. It is quite alright to smather the blue cheese and/or ranch dressing all over your lips, just keep eating, you will be fine until tomorrow morning. Yes, yes, I know this is supposed to be a review of Buffalo Wild Wings, but I feel I must establish the above to do justice to the review. I have been to a few locations a handful of times, this one at Kalaidescope, Lake Forest and Irvine. Do I expect them to make a wing as good as the great places mentioned above? Of course not; however, they should at least get some part of it right, and put simply, they don't. Luke warm, soggy wings, with mild suaces don't even come close. If they called themselves Cleveland Wild Wings, I might give them 5 stars. As it is, I'm being generous with the two stars.

Excellent food fast service. ..ask for your sauce on the side it allows you to taste different sauces. Also get your onion rings crunchy..there beer batter is fab.

Ok on the food but really slow on the service. It took at least a half an hour from the time we were seated until the food finally came out.

Im basing my 2 star review on my second visit to this Buffalo wild wings. I'd have to say I was not impressed by either visit. The place looks nice, although the music was way too loud, it reeked of booze, and a few of the servers were at other tables just talking and not doing their job. It took at least 5 minutes trying to wave down my server to get my water refilled. Also the food was not very good. The wings were ok, and the fries were gross. I will not be going back to this location any time soon. Step it up guys. It's more like a trashy bar than a restaurant.

Restaurant is awesome I love this restaurant very hot wings and they were fantastic I also had the hot wings they were part of a 24 pack that easily fed all three of us. Lot and lots of tv everywhere with really good games. Easy parking and close to the movie theaters. A refreshing choice from islands The wait staff is fun and professional and they know their stuff.

Horrible customer service from the moment we walked through the front door. I guess the hostess was having a bad day and decided to take it out on us. Didn't stay for the food.

They didn't have menus for us or give us one. Ten girls walked passed us and didn't ask us if we wanted anything to drink. Three girls were arguing who's taking the tables. And it's just a mess! No customer service whatsoever.

I've been to this Buffalo on countless occasions because it's near my home and my friends and I enjoy sports games and wings, who doesn't? However, the service here is downright AWFUL and that is only if you use the term awful loosely. As only a few of many examples; on countless occasions we have received the wrong number of wings in our orders and been denied the correct amount. On one occasion I did not receive the correct amount of change with my bill, so when I went up to the front to ask for my change, I present my bill and the amount given to me, it wasn't crazy off it was roughly off by 96 cents if I recall correctly, and the waitress refused to give me my change saying that I had "stashed" the 96 cents and wanted more. Recently my friends and I went back to watch the hockey game and get some wings, we all ordered water and I asked for a lemon with mine. Our waitress brought our waters but forgot my lemon, no big deal, I just politely asked again. I had to ask 2 more times before getting my lemon and when I did she responded with a lot of attitude and gave me my lemon on a napkin. In short, the waiters, waitresses, and managers are all rude and take no pride in their establishment. I don't see myself returning to this buffalo any time soon.

Love their wings special. 50 cents for boned in wing on tuesday and 65 cents for boneless wing on thursday. minimum order of five wings for each flavor. ive tried all, if not almost every flavors and my favorite are asian zinc, manga harbanero, thai curry, jamming Jalapeno, Caribbean jerk, Parmesan garlic, chipotle bbq, and basically everything!!. i always ask my wings to be cooked extra crispy to add the crunchiness of the skin.. yummm... be aware that mango harbanero and blazin' are very spicy. the spiciness could burn your mouth.. i love spicy food but even the blazin' is way too spicy for me even though its good :) im not sure why the low ratings but i really like this place.its better than the irvine location. its not crowded and service is pretty good, fast, and nice. i even got more than five wings for each of the flavors i ordered.. very generous indeed.. will definitely be back..

They only get one star for the lady who took our Togo order. She was nice and helpful. We ordered the large bone in wings. 4 different flavors so everyone got what they wanted. My kids got mild while my husband got jerk. Not sure if someone was rushing or what but the mild box had the jerk in it and the jerk box had mild. Needless to say I gave my kids ( 1 and 8 year old) jerk and there mouths are on fire. We had never gone before so I had no idea what the different sauces look like....

Food is whatever nothing grand. Service is sooooooo slowwwww. Every time I have come here it has taken over 30 minutes to get my food and I come in a group of 2...ridiculous. Good location to watch sport events tho.

The staff was too busy partying behind the scenes to attend to the customers. Very slow and inconsistent service from the hostess to the waitstaff to the bartenders. The location was also very dirty. A lot of dirty and empty tables, the tables that had been cleaned had crumbs and paper on the floors, and the customers next to us had to send back glasses for being dirty. The bathroom however was clean. Food wise, if you've ever been to BWW, then you know what to expect.

We keep coming back here to watch NFL games as Patriots are rarely on local cable but recent visits have been very disappointing. The food is still decent, nice burgers, wings and salads but it always seems to take age to come and then service is just bad, slow and we have to continually chase up to get water, napkins, utensils. Fortunately we won't have to go back until next season as playoff games will be on TV.

Thanks for the horrible service! This place should be on undercover boss. How do they stay in business? I will be traveling to Covina from now on for wings or taking my business to wing stop in RSM. The waitresses were just plain rude. I came for a holiday party the night before last. Food was an hour late, came out wrong, and wings were dry. Plus they kept changing the tv channel after we requested a game be put on... I mean, you would think while waitressing a party you would be nicer even if it's for the sole purpose of making money. I won't be back.

This Buffalo Wild Wings has a pretty nice location, located in the Kaleidoscope mall that has a nice overview of the 5 freeway. Food is pretty decent. If you've visited a BWW restaurant, you know they've got a ton of different options to choose from. They've also got a bunch of tvs so if it's game day, chances are you'll be able to catch the game here. The lighting in this place is really drab though. I swear, I think I needed my eyeglasses and turn the light function on my iPhone to see the menus. Service was cool, attentive, so no complaints there.

Stopped by this BWW in the early evening and the dining room was pretty full. We asked if a booth was available and waited a good ten minutes for one to be cleared of debris... Five young, cute, energetic employees were all running around and socializing with each other; yet they made us wait until the lowly food runner came on the clock to clear a single booth. I don't think they even realized that we made notice of this because it was one of the hostess' birthday! She was turning 19! Yay! The dining room reminded me of a Chuck-E-Cheese's with lots of young families and kids running rampant. There were also a number of college aged diners who weren't allowed or didn't want to sit in the bar... I could see why this was such a popular spot because of the many electronic distractions on the floor, up on the walls, and at the table as well. Our server approached our booth and was really very nice, yet she didn't seem to know much about the menu or beer selections. I asked what types of IPA they had and she didn't seem to know that IPA was a type of beer. I was then handed a cheat sheet from her note pad and I picked Magic Hat (don't know if that's what I received, but the brew was hoppy and that's all I really cared about)... Not a problem per se, but when I asked about the sauces and seasonings on their traditional and boneless wings she was stumped yet again. It was pretty obvious she was new, to both the restaurant and serving, and judging from the first twenty minutes at the table it was apparent that this BWW was all about style over substance... No matter though, this was sort of expected by the pervading atmosphere of the place. We ordered the traditional wings with mango habanero and they were pretty good, although we were left to feast without napkins or utensils. We saw a shift manager walking around in circles and tried to flag her down, but she gave us the old 'make eye contact and walk the other way' routine... Typical. We then asked the lowly food runner for napkins and utensils and he just shook his head... Five minutes later he was back with both. Right after that our server appeared and took our dinner order. We both settled for the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. By the way, even though his attitude was horrible, the lowly food runner was the hardest working employee in the dining area. I understand his frustration as well... He was being unfairly bossed around by the entire staff, most notably by the server in the section next to us, and not to mention the unhappy tables in our section. By the end of the meal our server started stopping by the table more frequently, so we got the message and asked for boxes and to pay the check. Again, the wings were pretty good and the Jerk Chicken Sandwiches were okay, but pretty unmemorable. What was memorable was the farewell we received in unison from a number of the staff all gathered upfront around an iPhone... "Thank you bye!" That was the candle on top on the proverbial birthday cake.

I wouldn't call the service poor, rather, nonexistent. After a series of similar experiences, only an insane person would continue to frequent such a awfully run establishment. If you want to be ignored and left hungry, hurry on over.

The Host; Needs a shower. No 'food' place is a place to show up looking like she just woke up. Greasy hair, and a piss poor attitude. The entire staff looked half asleep and angry to be there. The Server; 'kaila' Poor service. We ordered hot wings- (finger foods) we had to ask for napkins.. Is that not a given? We also had kids. Drinks are a must when eating spicy foods. My husband stood up twice to chase her down. She attempted to make up her tip the past few second by cleaning the table while we sit there.. Yeah- have us sit there to witness you 'working' for once. Sucks for her because my husband loves to tip good servers. Your loss honey. The Food; Nothing special. No manager in sight- but it doesn't matter, we won't be back. You can tell by the star rating that nobody seems to be happy about their service, yet nobody has done anything about it.. That's what happens when you hire little collage student who party till 1:00am. Good going managers! Good luck getting 5 stars in this lifetime.

It's not often that I regret spending money on going out, but last night was an exception. I'll start off by saying I've been to various BWW's throughout the country, and none have even come close to failing as hard as this one did. We came in around 10, and noticed there appeared to just be one server on. Being a server myself, I understood that even though she didn't look busy, she could've been in the weeds, so I was patient. My date ordered a beer, and myself, a Bloody Mary. I literally took two drinks of it, and was done and pushed it to the corner of the table. The "Bloody Mary" came out, already the tomato juice separated from the vodka. The ingredients, I'm pretty sure we're just that, and maybe a dash of pepper. Seriously. We ordered chips and salsa to be out first with a side of Buffalo sauce, and the Black Bean Burger with another side of the sauce. They both came out together, with only one side, so I asked the server for more. Burger was very dry, salsa tasted like chili (?!), but the fries were good. The only thing that kept me there for more than 10 minutes was the music they were bumping. 90's grunge all the way!

I definitely like their wings much better than the BWW in Aliso Viejo but the help is really helpless here. You ask for hot water they bring it in a plastic cup with a straw, no sweetener sugar only, no spoon and every single time you need anything you need to keep searching for your waitress. Only there seem to be more of them than the clients. The bathroom was so dirty and each toilet not usable I had to go tell the waitresses (BTW there were 5 of them standing around chatting) that someone should clean it up. I think if someone came here and hired the right helps this place could definitely turned around and even we would come by more often football season or not.

Pretty sure the company motto is wings.beer . Sports. You can't have sports without audio. Not only was it 100 degrees (do they not have Ac?) but after asking our server to turn off nirvana and their 90s playlist which was blasting and turn on the audio to the nba game 7. Once there was 2 minutes left in the game we requested the manager come over. She rudely said "I guess we can change it just for you" I'm sorry lady but I'm pretty sure no one came here to listen to 90s music and watch sports in silence. Terrible service. Terrible management. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Wings were very good just don't expect decent customer service sitting at the bar.. The bartender rarely checked back. Not to mention she only had two other customers sitting at the bar.. Would understand if she was super busy considering I'm in the business but no.... Complete disregard

the food takes sooooooo long to come out here, even when it's not even close to a full house. The service is super slow as well. The only reason I'm not giving them a one star is because the asian zing wings are awesome and the waitresses are apologetic. Plus there are a ton of TV's which is a plus. At one point the waitress brought out the wrong beer to us. We let her know when she came back that she brought us out one that was different than what we ordered. She took it away then came back about a minute later and asked "did you take a drink out of it?" We responded yes, and she replied, "okay cool, that's all I needed to know" and then dumped the full glass out at the bar. That's pretty strange to me. What a wonderful opportunity to have gotten some customer loyalty. Instead she just wasted the beer and gained some puzzled looks from us.

I had the worst service I have ever had before last Thursday !! The waitress forgot my order and never refilled my drinks and I had to ask a different waitress to grab my check. The food was cold by the time I got it and they sat my party by the bathrooms. The waitress also gave me the wrong change. That is the last time I will ever go there.

Went here several times to watch the hockey playoffs. Great atmosphere for that! The service is pretty good; they table touch when necessary, but aren't annoying or pushy. They know you're camped out til the end of the 3rd period! They have loads of beers and hard ciders draft, and if you want to try one they will bring you a sample. The wings are really tasty. Get garlic Parmesan for a non-spicy treat if you're a wuss about spice like me. Tip- If you're going with the boneless wings, get a sauce rather than a dry rub or they will be way too dry. We will be back!

Not a great experience. Our server was nice and attentive and she's the reason for the 2 stars. She was pretty cool. The food was so terribly unimpressive. I used to love Bdubs in college and thought their wings were pretty good. The spicy garlic ones we got were small, overcooked, and not enjoyable in the slightest. I got a build your own burger and yikes. I asked for medium, but they said the lowest they could go is medium-well, ok not a biggie. It was definitely well done--zero pink and crispy. A very thin slice of cheddar was melted on top of it and the "sauce" was a thin two line drizzle. The fries were the only good thing on my plate. I haven't had a burger in months and I was really excited about it. No dice. Boyfriend got a crispy chicken sandwich and said it was good, but not the best he's ever had. They have all day $3 tall Bud and Bud Light and they had the game on, so it was a good experience I suppose, but the food was totally lacking. And this isn't not Bdubs' fault, but I totally got macked by a bush parking in the lot underneath. Pretty sick looking scratches on my upper thigh.

Worst location ever! Was in the area for work and came here to use a coupon while picking up lunch. The girl at the take-out counter didn't know what to do with the coupon so she made me wait a good 5 minutes for her manager. Then the manager came and told me they didn't accept the coupon, really? Horrible customer service! Avoid!

Went to this place with a couple of friends. The service is the absolutely worst you will ever get. The bartenders were unfriendly with attitudes. They made it very clear that we were not welcome. We had half a beer and no food! Yes it was that bad....I have never in my life gone into a restaurant/bar and not ordered anything and certainly never walked away from not finishing a beer. Obviously I would give it no stars if it was possible.

The man zone and I were driving to LA from San Diego and decided to stop here for dinner. This was my first experience ever at a BWW and so I really didn't know what to except. As we entered the restaurant, we noticed maybe 3-4 groups of people waiting at the hostess stand. We waited. And waited.... 2 server's were kicking it, standing 5 ft away from us, chatting. Totally oblivious of their surroundings. I know it might not be their job to seat people, but come on now! A couple people got fed up and left. We walked to the bar and were serviced pretty quickly. It was like night and day. I ordered the salt and vinegar wings and the boo ordered parm and garlic and cheese potato wedges. Our drinks were kept filled and our food tasted fine. If I had to stop here again, I'd opt for sitting at the bar.

I used to go to here for the lunch special at least once every week. I was always very pleased with the service until recently, the last few visits I've had terrible service. Not bad service, terrible service. Once there were maybe at most 3 other families in the dining area around, but it took over AN HOUR to get our food to us. Another time over 30 minutes to get DRINKS. not fancy drinks, either. Sodas and water. On multiple occasions I have ordered a snack size and received a small. When I brought this to the waiters attention, I was told I still had to pay full price of the small. Another time, my total was $12.40 (my friend had the same total) we paid with $20 bills and each only received $6 in change. We brought this to an employees attention and she was rude and acted as if it was no big deal and like we were crazy for thinking it was wrong. She responded with "Well I can't do anything about it" I was stunned at the disrespectful tone she was using towards my friends and I. Im only 18 and I knew she shorted our change, thinking we wouldn't tip her because we're young and i know a lot of kids dont, but Im always very generous with my tips and dont believe I should be shorted my change. After 15 minutes she came back with only $1 when she owed $1.60. We let the rest slide because I'm not about to argue over $0.60. She didn't apologize to us & she made someone else bring us the change as if she was embarrassed to show her face. I've reached my breaking point and will NEVER be back.

Bad customer service skills demonstrated directly from the shift manager here who refused to accept valid email for free entrée. The manager argued with me stating that I had to have a printout of the email when it clearly states that you just need to show a copy of the email (which of course i had) I told him I could print it out there with him if he'd like but he refused. He requested that i drive all the way back to my office, print out my email, and then drive back again to pick up my food. It's a shame when managers make bad business decisions over something so petty. Now the entire office order was cancelled and our business was taken elsewhere.

Despite other reviews that I read before coming here. I had a great time, awesome service, and good food sat in the bar, had a female server, she told me all the specials as beers in tap. Got service within 5 minutes if sitting, food started coming out 6 minutes after I ordered. Great time.

We never eat at Buffalo Wild Wings, and tonight I remembered why. We ordered beers and a fry basket first. The beer was flat and didn't taste good at all. The fries were cold, which our server had remade so that was a plus. Everything we asked the server for took ten times longer than it should, since she brought everything one at a time. A little bit after we ordered our wings, the server went on her 30 minute break. Our food didn't show up until she was back from break. 30 minutes waiting for chicken wings from a place that is all about wings. There's literally no way it takes that long to cook them, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The place could be fun if service didn't suck because the food is good! It seems to be poorly managed and servers are not trained at all. We will be sticking with Wing Stop from here on out.

Last 3 times I been in there it was boneless Thursday and sat at the bar. The lesbian looking lady with the red pixy cut has been rude out the gate all 3 times SNAPING for I.D. before we could even sit down and then goes on a rant about how some 1 got busted. I have shown my I.D. many times at many places its never bothered me and don't mind but theres no need to be rude snappy and rush you.. she dam near pulled it out my wallet for me. So the 1st 2 times she was rude the whole time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but its pretty clear from talking to other guys there shes just rude to every 1 every day. Right away she says " if theres a problem I'll send over another server" I should have said yes but was too stunned like " did she really just say that" to really think it through and just told her there wasn't any problem. Then a few minutes latter she sends over her lil friend anyways that starts giving us shLt and goes off on how she kicks out Marines! provo you miss treat men of service, must be so proud of your self Im thinking. Once again though I was so shocked I just sat there like ok? Im thinking Im just trying to eat some wings lady why are you telling me this? I was treated like I was breaking things and dancing on tables naked when all I did was SIT DOWN!!!!! After about 5 more minuets of abuse from the supper dyke and her trusty sidekick they ask if we are gonna order. So by then I was fed up and my experience was already ruined.. I should have left but my friend wanted their wings and we took his car so we ordered. The rest of the night we where ignored other then when our food was brought and we where mistreated again because she couldn't remember whos order was what. I ordered the spicy garlic wings and potato wedges and my buddy got a salad and honey bbq wings.. wasn't some crazy complex order between 10 people but yet again their incompetence was taken out on us. Guess its my fault she couldn't remember who ordered what even though when ordering I made a lil minni speech about how I love the spicy garlic and always get them trying to seem friendly so they might stop being such snuddy BEOCHES that hate their jobs and men. Didn't work :( I work retail and put up with crap from rude people all day, theres no reason why when Im the customer I should be miss treated by rude workers.. I haven't done anything to this lady and all 3 times she has treated me and who ever Im with horribly. Other guys at the bar told me shes always rude to them too. I wont be back here other then to file a complaint with the store manager.. I suggest the 1 in Aliso Viejo.. I been to that one like 4 times and was always treated well. Think the lady's name is Sandy and best believe I'll be emailing corporate explaining that you catch more bees with honey.. theres no need to mistreat people because you don't like your job and that they shouldn't have people working there that are gonna be like that. I wouldn't want some 1 like them working at my business!!!! I still cant believe my friend still tipped them? Hes too nice.. If it was just me I would have just left and came home and made this review.. they clearly don't want repeat business and or care about their employer.. BWW this lady is making you guys look bad!!!

Hate to leave a bad review for a place I used to enjoy for hockey and date night.... BUT it has to be done. The waitress took drink orders and had to come back three times because she didn't know their beer list. Finally, she offered one they actually had. Didn't ask what size. Scurried off and came back with the LARGEST size. Oh well. Not the biggest deal. Halfway through our basket of fries we start finding bits of chicken and ketchup. Two things that had not been on our table. I point it out to the waitress. She was rude about it too!! Walked away didn't let me finish talking n came back with more fries. As she's explaining that they were probably just in a kids meal..YES you read that right. Left over fries served to customers per our waitress. She brought out more French fries. Why would we want more? Sick to my stomach wondering what little kid had his fingers n ketchup in my fries. She said she didn't know if the manager could take them off because she brought fresh ones. She was rude when I asked for the manager and said I didn't want the new fries... Once again she walked away while I was talking. 5-10 minutes later the manager comes over. Seems like a nice enough guy. Apologetic but seemed a little insincere. We had just gotten done saying we'd never eat there again and the manager tries to give us a free wings coupon. Um, no. Never eating here again.

Buffalo Wild Wings ready has the worst wine selection, but this location is the worst! It's privately owned and operated or something and they are always out of stuff, usually several different kinds of wine. Occasionally out of food sometimes too. This location gives Buffalo Wild Wings a bad name.

Short: Should you dine here? No. Long story: I visit this place regularly, but sadly it just keeps getting worse and worse. It deserves no stars. After many bad experiences and giving this place yet another chance, I finally decided to write this review. Service: It seems that the staff, including the managers are very poorly trained. Servers struggle to take down orders correctly, so you end up with the wrong thing every time. It's so hard to find your server if you need anything. We asked for 5 carrots (for a group of five) and they served 5 little pieces of carrots altogether! One time, the host was so frustrated that didn't even greet us. He nodded his head so we could follow him. We nicely asked him if we could be seated elsewhere; he took all the menus and threw them on another table.-- as a person who has worked in service industry, I understand that we have good/bad days, BUT you can at least be nice to customers and make them feel welcome -- I spoke to the supervisor. He apologized and said the fries would be comped... Of course when the bill came, they were not comped. Cleanliness: The tables are fairly clean. Though the bathrooms are not so clean. Quality: The wings are hit and miss. Sometimes they are cold or half baked, sometimes burnt, sometimes right. Speed: Doesn't matter if you visit on a slow time or a busy football event, the service is super slow. Conclusion: BWW Corporate-- This place miserably needs help... It needs attention/care/training. It's such a horrible experience to dine here. I'm strongly debating whether I should ever return here. Drive a few miles north to the Irvine location or take your money elsewhere.

If only you could give 1/2 a star. This place is shit. The food is expensive and awful not to mention the service is terrible. I have tried one other Buffalo Wild Wings and didn't have the greatest experience but decided to try a different one on a rode-trip up to Irvine. It was probably the worst decision EVER! The only good thing that we ordered was the pretzel, they were the only edible thing we bought. However, don't expect the cheese sauce to be edible. I'm pretty sure cheese sauce that they gave use was warm plastic garbage. Absolutely DISGUSTING! Not to mention it took 30 minutes to get our food! While there we attempted to order the traditional & boneless combo and ended up getting something completely different. We ended up getting only traditional wings, which would have been fine, however I only like boneless. Plus we were expecting a mix of both traditional and boneless wings... since you know that's what we asked for. We had ordered 3 different flavors, so we just asked for my flavor to be fixed. Which is every reasonable. The waitress looked at us confused and went and got the manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. We explained to him what happened and just asked to get the one flavor changed. He looked annoyed and was like "what am I going to do say no?" First off. Wow. This is a manager speaking to us in a rude way. That's the first tip off to not eat at this so called "establishment'. And then rather than accepting the fact that his employee messed up our order he told us to next time speak up and speak clearly. NOT ACCEPTABLE! EVER! We weren't the ones who trained your incompetent waitress. I mean she works there so she should at least know the menu. Plus he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience that he caused. The funnier thing is it took them five minutes to fix THEIR mistake, which might I add didn't even have sauce on it. Plus why did it take SO long for everything to be ready when we first ordered? Were they growing and slaughtering the chickens in the back? Needless to say don't ever go here. It's disgusting. You're better off going somewhere else. Honestly save you money and your time. I mean if you are going to be treated so poorly the food better be edible.

Yet another BWW let down..they just don't want to succeed do they. We walked in to have a drink before a movie and we sat there for 15 minutes and no one came over. My husband had to go over to the bar and order drinks that way. It's a Sunday at 3 pm...really?? When we left we had to say goodbye to the staff..hello teach these people how to be servers geez! I'm glad there's plenty to choose from out here because I'm not choosing this place again. Unfortunately my chamber of commerce goes here for meetings once a month...who knows why...

Came here around 2 weeks ago with a buddy. We were there during their early hours on a weekend. We got a couple glasses of beer, mini corn dogs as an appetizer, and a serving of wings each. The mini corn dogs were served hot and tasted delish! I got some honey bbq wings which tasted badass, but was a tad on the overcooked side. Next time I want to try a sauce with a bit more fire to it. Service at bar pretty darn good, as the bartender was always attentive to getting us what we needed or wanted. He kept our drinks filled and made sure we left happy. Only gripe I have is my "Black & Blue" could have been prepared in a pint glass, rather than a schooner, as the two beers (Guinness and Blue Moon) were quick to blend once the glass was tipped. In sum, highly recommend this spot and would likely return again.

I was craving buffalo wild wings soo bad but when home soo disappointed! I wish I read the reviews first. Then maybe I would have understood why the food was so bad. We started by ordering fries with cheese. I asked what kind of cheese and the server said nacho cheese... Well he was wrong. It was regular cheese and a little short of a drizzle placed on top. we were super rushed when it came to ordering that neither of us really liked what we had. The appetizers came out at the same time as our wings, burger and dessert! Beer was delicious!

This place has always had poor service and subpar food but I enjoy bww and this is the closest to my house so I would go sometimes. This last time, after receiving poor service, and having to deal with the disrespectful manager (Josh) I've decided I'll never return! Beware: if you're looking for good wings, and more importantly, good service and a fun place to watch the game go to a different bww close by.

This place... I want to love it, but not gonna lie- expectations are pretty low for this sports bar meets adult chucky cheese style dive. It's dark and kinda smelly and staff isn't very friendly or 'customer service' oriented. I haven't had any horrid experience here but nothing close to outstanding either. The ONLY thing this place is good for is wings (duh) (and maybe beer, if you hang out in dark, stinky places with your bros to watch sports and listen to sh*tty karaoke- yeah, they went there) If I didn't love your damn mango habanero wings so much I'd probably never come back here again. I'll keep ordering 'to go,' so I can enjoy at home.

The place was kinda dumpy. It was dirty with food and trash on the floor and holes in the bench seat. We went in at about 5:00 pm so it wasn't like there was a mad rush that went in before us to cause the mess. The server was friendly yet average, and the food wasn't hot. The plus side was that the pint was nice and cold, just not cold enough for more stars.

Because of the UFC fights they want 10 bucks and I can't eat. The tables are empty and there is not a line in this dumbass place. The food is bad already and the management is dumb.

Our waitress was non existent. We had to ask twice for everything. The order was wrong. The food was horrible. The air conditioning did not work on Mission Viejo's hottest day ever! * Kudos to Jefferey! This guy was doing the work our waitress was supposed to do and more.

We really like the wings here but the service has been getting worse. In our most recent visit, we had some of the worst service we've had at any restaurant in a while. It was a busy night so we were waiting at a table to be cleared off. A waitress said she would have it cleared asap but after 15 minutes later I started to clear it myself. The manager seemed annoyed so he came to clear it himself. We ordered an appetizer and didn't get it for 30+ minutes. The waitress assured us it would be out before the meal but they came at the same time 45 minutes later. Said appetizer was mini corn dogs which take 5 seconds to heat up in a microwave!!! The wings were great but we never got refills on our drinks. We finally got our check and the waitress wasn't coming back so I had to pay at the front. Needless to say it was a really irritating way to introduce my friends to BWW's. It seems like the manager has more of a "buddy buddy" relationship with his employees then a manager employee relationship. I cant wait to come back for the service here... SAID NO ONE EVER!!!!!

Good wings. Good beer. Quick and friendly service. Plenty of seating in the bar area and enough TVs to have every game possible on. This location blows the Aliso Viejo location out of the water. I live in AV and actually drive to this location instead of the one right around the corner.

Great place to have a beer and watch the game because of all the TVs. But the wings there aren't that good. They seem to be understaffed. Would only recommend eating first then going to watch the game.

I'm sitting here for the past hour. I've had 4 waitresses come by. Had to ask a random waitress to take our order. My table hasn't been able to have any refills or anyone check up on us, unless we flag someone down. Terrible service. Jack in the box gives better service.

Buffalo Wild Wings is normally a favorite for my family but this location is absolutely horrible. All the staff are teenagers and very rude. The food was not nearly as good as the others I've been too. It took 50 minutes to get 2 appetizers when the restaurant was less than 50% full. Would not recommend at all. Serious customer service and quality issue.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. This place has by far the worst service I have ever seen in a restaurant or bar. I sat in the bar on a night when they had two servers in there. I sat at my table with a party of four for well over an hour without a server even stopping by our table. Meanwhile the table next to us received drinks, food, refills and the check. Keep in mind they arrived well after I did. Service in the dining is worse (if that's possible) I will never eat here again and I recommend you stay far away. Food isn't even that great, if you want good wings, go to santoro's.

I had a really solid experience here overall. I tried their honey grilled chicken salad, which I got razzed for by the ladies I was with being the only guy at the table and the only person to order a salad. To redeem myself I also ordered 6 of their wings. This seemed like a no-brainer considering the venue. I got the second from hottest sauce on the menu. It had a great level of spiciness. It didn't blow my face off and it didn't leave me wanting more. Oh, and the salad was really good too.

I thought I would try Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch today. Big mistake. I was told it would be a 5-10 minute wait unless I wanted to eat at the bar. The bar was terribly noisy, so I said I would like to eat in the main restaurant. We were waiting at least 15-20 minutes. The hostess kept popping in and out of the front area, not even making eye contact. Oh - also forgot to tell you that there were maybe 8 people tops in the main restaurant. PLENTY of open tables. After waiting twice as long as we were told, I told my son screw this, we're going to Islands. We walked in , were seated immediately and the waitress was at our table within 2 minutes. And our drinks were barely half empty before she had brought us another refill. If you're in Kaleidoscope and feel like chicken, skip Buffalo Wild Wings and go to Islands. Better food and MUCH BETTER SERVICE. You won't regret it. If I could have left zero stars I would have.

First and last time I come here!!! Waited more than an hour and a half to be seated!! Maybe even more stopped keeping track because i was so mad! Would have left but my little cousins were insisting to stay! We even asked to sit outside were there was plenty of room the hostess said we couldn't because it was an adult only zone.. Funny a couple minutes went by and they were filling that area with both adults and kids!!! Horrible! And they took for ever even asking for what we wanted!!!! Deserves zero stars!!!

Terrible service. Unknowledgeable employees and very rude. Typical Orange County 16 year olds working that don't care about anything except going home in their 3 Series BMW to their trust fund parents. Go to del taco instead. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table without silverware and 39 minutes for the bill/change.

Worst service EVER!!! I sat down in the patio took them 20 min to even notice me. When I got my COLD! wings I was left sitting there with no silverware or napkins. The waitress never returned :(

  • Joe S.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Enjoyed the sauce. A little over commercialized for me. Beers cold, wings are hot. The paring situation here sucks and should be considered before a visit. Wish the food outside of the wings was better but it typical. A solid three stars. Wish they turn the volume up in the sports.

DECOR: Typical Bar style SERVICE: HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could give the service here 0 stars, I would!! The only reason I am giving 1 stars is because I actually do like the wings. So my friends and I came here probably about a year ago as we used to. We order our food and drinks and our waitress doesnt come and check on us and we sit there for literally about 10 minutes waiting to order before she shows up. So we eat and then when we get our check, it shows that she charged us extra for sides of ranch or dips that we shouldnt have gotten charged for. We told her about that and then she replies with the biggest attitude "Its just fifty cents" and puts down two quarters on the table. At that point we should have complained to the manager, but we didntt. We just left and never went back there again. Who knows how many people she is charging "just fifty cents" to! FOOD: The wings and sauces are good. I prefer the naked tenders with the dips. Its pretty good, but I dont plan to come back to this place after the horrible service we kept getting!

I love wings and have gone here many times. The service is hit or miss. Also, this last time I went was a fight night...I usually go to watch the UFC fight and eat. There were 2 huge guys standing up front asking if I was here for the fight party...I was super confused so I said no. They then sat me in the very back of the restaurant. It was so stuffy and hot I asked to move. I was then told the rest of the restaurant was reserved for the fight. What? I have never run into this here. By the time I got my wings I was sweating in the scolding back room they sat me in. Definitely one of the more disappointing experiences here. I hope they rethink their fight nights as I would like to go back.

Horrible service!! They take almost 20 minutes to finally come out and take your order and another hour to bring your food without utensils and napkins. Love the food hate their service.

Came specifically to watch a certain game. BEFORE we were seated we asked if they could put the cal football game on. "No problem! We can do that for you." 30 min and 4 requests later, the managers response was "we have had over 900 requests today." Seriously?!! We NEVER got our game put on, while I counted 10 televisions with the SAME Alabama game on within my seating area. I will never come to this location again. Horrible service.

Do you like waiting 20 minutes to get your drink order taken? Do you like getting served your appetizer (cheeseburger sliders and fries) AFTER your main course? Do you like your sliders and fries served cold? Do you like places that pride themselves on their legendary wing sauces yet serve wings with not so much as a couple of drops of it on each wing? Do you like having to ask for your forks/napkins 45 minutes into service? Do you like hair in your food? Do you like being greeted at the door with a frown and "How many?" instead of a smile and "Welcome!" ? If you answered "Yes" to any of the following... THEN COME ON DOWN TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS IN MISSION VIEJO... WHERE YOU NOT ONLY GET BAD FOOD BUT BAD SERVICE TOO :)

  • Brooke P.

Came here for the ucla football game. There are definitely plenty of TVs so everyone can watch their favorite game. Our server was great, friendly and personable. She was checking in just enough to be conscientious but not enough to be annoying. Minus one star for the food - I got the boneless buffalo wings and they seemed VERY deepfried, but the sauce was really good. It came with some carrots and celery, but I would liked to have more. Reasonable bill at the end of the day. It was a hot day and they didn't seem to have air conditioning - all through the bar people were fanning themselves with their menu, kind of weird. I think there are better places to watch a game that may have better food, but this is a nice atmosphere and not too expensive.

Came to watch the Pacquiao vs Bradley rematch on Saturday night. We were staying in Dana Point and this was the closest place we could find that had the fight available. But who doesn't love Buffalo Wild Wings? There was a $10 cover charge but we were desperate and I believe we got there just in time to nab one of the last tables in the fight room. Had the Asian spicy and regular buffalo boneless wings and a couple of beers. The service was good and everyone around us seemed to be well taken care of. Overall with the exception of the cover charge (which is probably the only reason we got a table) everything was great and I would go back to watch another sporting event at this location.

Food was 4 star quality, I have high expectations for wings because it's hard to find a good place. It was my first time here and I ordered take out. Prices were okay. Was I disappointed? maybe slightly, there was no one there to ask if they could help me, so I was surprised but it was a Monday, slow? The initial feeling just wasn't warm and fuzzy when I walked in. I will give this place one more shot and maybe dine in. Parking was fairly easy just wasn't a fan to take the escalator up then walk the whole complex to get down, kind of inconvenient. My next experience I will update my review...

Very disappointed with this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. Food:marginal, my husband and I make better wings in the time it would take get there and order. Find a good recipe online and save a few bucks Service: Our waiter told us the wrong prices then charged us the real price on our receipts without saying anything. When confronted he did nothing about it. So we ended up paying full price for his mistake. I paid cash and waited for my copy of my receipt and my $1.80 back (it's the principle of the thing..) I wasn't going to tip a lame waiter. After everyone else had gotten their checks back I went to the cash register and asked where my change and receipt were. He had a stupid look and got my receipt out of the trash and took my change out of his apron pocket! I approached the manager about it expecting some sort of apology or maybe a coupon for a free coke to smooth it over but he didn't care one bit. It may only be a $1.80 but I wouldn't want someone working for me who didn't give change back to customers. Furthermore, I don't respect a manager who doesn't keep honest business practices. I've been to other buffalo wild wings and had excellent service but this one poor experience really fires me up and doesn't make it worth it to go back. Atmosphere: ehh...if you like big screen TVS everywhere, sports, noise and lots of underdressed women this is the place for you.

Food is typical bar food, bar seats are terribly uncomfortable. There are just 2 things that keep me going back. They are Buzztime Trivia and my favorite and nicest bartender, Sandie. A true mixologist, she will prepare you an awesome cocktail no matter what your ingredients are.

My kids and I went to this place to escape the small, organic, farm-to-table style of cooking my wife has spoiled us to for the past few years. Sometime the boys in the house just need some good ol' fashion junkie goodness that only places like BWW can provide. Is not like we expect a gourmet meal or some off the charts menu. The food from BWW is going to do its job and satisfy (for however long) the demons within us, so I don't expect much. This is why this review is based solely on the service. It was subpar. Our waitress was nice and attentive enough for me not to walk out before we got our drinks...ten minutes after we sat down; or our food...30 minutes after we ordered it; or our check...15 minutes after we asked for it. It may have been an unusually busy time of the day and the waitress may have been unusually preoccupied with other customers, but that is not my problem. I received subpar service, so she received a subpar tip and now BWW is getting a subpar review.

Decent sports bar and wings joint. Decent happy hour specials too Tuesdays are 55 cent wings day. Wednesdays are 60 cent any wings day, and Thursday is 65 cent boneless wings day. Plenty of giant tv's all around. Every wall space is covered by some sort of televised sport with a giant screen tv above the bar area. I was there on a random Thursday night and I took advantage of their boneless wings special. Decent wings; it wasn't spectacular or anything. It's just enough to get you going. Honestly, I can go to Albertson's and go to their self-serve semi-old wings that has been under the heat lamp for god knows how long and still get an equivalent set of wings. But then again, this place has beer and nice looking ladies to serve those "decent" wings. And yes, the specials do help a bit during these bad economic times.

I love their Mango Habanero traditional wings! They're a unique taste, and I just happen to LOVE wings! I'm kinda sad they got rid of the rib and wings on the menu, but it's ok, just the wings will be fine. Try them out. My husband drags me here for Football, but at least I can enjoy the good wings!

"White Trash, Cheap-@ss Beer!" - Well, that's at least how the young lady tending bar described their on tap, domestic "Happy Hour" beers. Great promotional pitch! 'And from her dirty blonde hair, 'she would know... 8/ I wonder if that could work with Hawaiian Restaurants?... "Stinky Hawaiian Grinds?!" LOL - 'But is that redundant?... Neh, jus' joking braddahs! 'For the sake of this review, I'll call the bartender Jess'... Uhm, excuse me - "Mess'ica." ('And what a great mess! It was like watching Jerry Springer live w/fresh, tasty buffalo wings!) When asked if there were any drink specials, she curtly responded "Nope, it's Sunday night, not much going on..." And after we looked at the menu, Mess'ica, said, "Oh, yeh, we do..." Doesn't exactly build customer confidence when the bartender is unsure of what's going on. 'BUT she did know that the White Trash, Cheap-@ss Beer was $3/pint. I'm not "White Trash" but "cheap" has no color lines!... I'll take two! I found it funny that Mess'ica would use the "White Trash" reference in Mission Viejo. My guess, it's making more of a statement about her than the beer. 'And after listening to her complain to several patrons about having to work the night shift on Super Bowl Sunday... The cheap-@ss beer helped drown out her whining. Overall, the food was good: Southwestern Bites: Good; tasty; great sauce; spicy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms: Okay Jalapeno Popper Bites: Okay; no heat whatsoever 18 Piece Buffalo Wild Wings(Jamm'n Jalapeno; Asian Zhing; Mango Habanero): Very good; great sauces! Total: $31.55 (+ tip) The food, good. The service, "m'eh." I've been to this location on several occasions and service has been MIA to luke warm... 'As much as I was hoping it was just a few rare occasions, I was wrong. 'And from some of the other yelp*ers, they agree. Mess'ica helped prove that case, thank you. Her maturity/attitude was like being served by a prepubescent teenager who should've been taking your movie ticket at the Irvine Spectrum... 'Or asking if you want a large popcorn with your soda. I'm just kidding, I think they offer you Raisinettes?... Even though we work a few minutes down the street... 'The next time my friends & I want to visit a BWW, the extra 5 min. drive north, exit Lake Forest is well worth it. I've been there a number of times and the customer service has yet to disappoint. I highly suggest others to do the same. BWW Lake Forest - yelp.com/biz/buffalo-wil… As I've mentioned before, it's the complete package: Food + Ambiance + Service + Value = Your Total Experience A place can have great food but sh*tty service will trump EVERYTHING else, EVERY TIME. The ambiance is a bit stuffy but not too surprising. PS - If anyone knows Mess'ica, please tell her to stop "trying" to dance behind the bar in front of patrons... "WE'RE TRYING TO DIGEST FOOD OVER HERE!" 'But thank goodness for the numbing effects of the White Trash, Cheap-@ss Beer! I'm joking!... 'But it did give us a laugh, "dinner & a show!" Okole maluna! (Raises glass) LOL - "Oh, Mess'ica... You try too hard. BTW, the trailer park called, they're running out of beer!" - Aloha! Food: 4 Ambiance: 2 Service: 1 Value: 2

I have given this location several chances. Twice we ate in the restaurant and once we ordered take out. The repeat problem is bad service. The servers are absent minded and need continual nudging. Now, take out is even worse. We ordered 4 different styles of traditional wings along with several sides. The woman on the phone was challenged and as expected got our order completely wrong. She had poor knowledge of a basic menu as well. My husband wound up waiting for them to fix our entire order upon which half of our food was cold and the correct order of wings were undercooked. Disappointing for a place that is all about wings and being from the East coast we know a good wing! We wish there was a consistent, local wing joint.

We came in on a Thursday night for the boneless wings. While there were quite a number of people, the restaurant was no where near packed. With that said, I don't understand why our food took so long to arrive if the restaurant wasn't super busy.. We waited around 30 minutes for some wings and salad which probably don't need much preparation. Now the food .. The chicken was way over cooked. They were hard and dry. The Asian Zing salad was just a Chinese chicken salad with Asian Zing sauce. Definitely nothing special and not worth $10. Service was mediocre. Our waiter was nice but wasn't very attentive. In the beginning he came by immediately after we sat down to take our order and of course we weren't ready. After that he disappeared for a while and didn't come back to take our order for the longest time. Overall it was a bad experience. I have been to other bww locations that provided great service along with good food. However I will not be coming back to this location.

I like the wings at this franchise since they remind me of some good memories in Columbus, Ohio, but this particular restaurant is pretty nasty. I've tried it out a few times, with similar results every time. Wings are okay, but not consistent. Sometimes they come out quickly, ice cold. Other times, they take 15 minutes. Service is pretty bad. Okay, it's awful. Not much good to say about this place. The only reason I've given it two stars is because I actually enjoy the food at other BWW locations. Stay away from this one.

Monday late night, place was only 10% occupied. However the server still managed to ignore our table. Had to wait 10 minutes to put in the order, then another 25 minutes for the food. OK food, sub-par service. Will NOT return!

I love this place, just not this location. Decided to drive down to Mission Viejo to go shopping at the mall and saw the BWW around the corner from the exit and decided to drop by. There wasn't very many people when we got there, girl's at the front were alright, not extremely friendly. We ordered 24 wings: lemon pepper, hot, and buffalo mild. Lemon pepper is a dry rub seasoning so I know it will not always cling to the chicken but this place was just ridiculous. Barely any seasoning on our chicken but it was mainly in our paper plate, it's as if they made no effort to have the seasonings cling on to the chicken. Hot was my favorite. I liked the taste and the spiciness but I wish they would have drenched it in more sauce. Some pieces were definitely lacking it. Buffalo mild was very tasteful and drenched in sauce. So nothing bad to say about that. Why I rated this place two stars? There were only a few groups there and our order took forever to come out. When it did they did not give us any extra paper plates to put bones in nor did they give us napkins. We also asked to get refills on our drinks and that literally took 20 minutes to come out and I am not exaggerating. It was quite ridiculous. Never coming here again.

The hostess after waiting for 5 minutes: "Would you like to sit in the bar area? We only have 2 servers." We did, and ordered 20 boneless wings for my date and I. The food all came out in paper bowl/trays like what you'd expect mac n' cheese to be served in elementary school. Things were fine, the wings were good; but we were there on 'karaoke night' and a big guy with a chain-earing started singing to loud music and asking people to 'come on up!' Our conversation was then impossible to continue, and we asked for a check. I'd come again to watch a game with the guys; but not with a date.

I'm never coming to this place again, worst service ever, dirty tables, servers don't acknowledge you at all. It took 15 minutes to get drinks and our server never came back. We waited for half an hour and decide to leave. Servers don't know what there doing and won't even try to make up for there mistakes. Really really bad customer service.

The only reason this is a two star is because the tv is good and the food is decent. The service is horrible. You wait 10 - 20 minutes to place your order after you sit. Also, they never check back with you after you do order. You see your waiter or waitress twice; ordering and for the paycheck.

Paper boats and skinny wings. The sauces are good but I'd rather buy frozen food from the grocer than pay a premium for it. I haven't gone in for any of the special nights, only to see football games, but I'm unimpressed.

I don't know about the location, service, or price, but the wings themselves are A-OK. We had a get together and ordered a lot of wings. sweet bbq, parmesan garlic, honey bbq, caribbean jerk (this one has a pepper kick to it) and thai curry were among my saucy flavor favorites. dry rub & hot are also worth getting. the chicken was juicy, with drums being more meaty. why a buffalo? i have no clue! it feels like a rip off of domino's. to this day i don't know why they say buffalo. can someone explain?

This place is S L O W, Try another BWW, this place -- eeh! It must really be hard to keep the kitchen help at this place because sometimes its great but recently, its been rather disappointing. We were here on opening day and it was good. It was your typical BWW. We've been here many a time since, and each time, its hit or miss. Sometimes its good, and sometimes its eeh. Although they have many a waitress to walk around, bus tables, and tend the bar, they just have a hard time on the little things, like taking your order, serving you the beer you ordered, or even getting your food order to the table. The bar side must have been empty. I mean, its a sports bar, yet for the 90 minutes we were there, we watched the Channel 9 news on two of their largest TV screens. I guess there's no longer a cable sports network, hockey channel, basketball game, or Monday night baseball game on TV somewhere in the world? We had a free dessert card, to which our waitress proudly said, "Yeah, I think we're out of that." enough said. So much for dessert. I love chicken wings. I like them tight, cooked well. This place sometimes serves them that way. Lately, they've been serving them with the skin still squishy, like maybe the oil's not at the right temperature when they were fried, or what? It took more than an hour between ordering chicken wings and being served squishy chicken. The weather outside dropped 4 degrees. They must have a high attrition rate of cooks at this place, because although it's really hard to screw up a chicken wing, this place is trying to do just that. If you're looking for a typical BWW, like you'd find in Texas, or Florida, Ohio or New Jersey, DON'T EAT HERE. I'd suggest going up the road a little more to the next BWW -- its just a few more miles up the 5 and well worth it, if you can find a seat.

This place flat out sucks!! I was eager with with anticipation about eating here since I do enjoy some wings. We walk in and were asked to wait 5 minutes to be seated, which is perfectly understandable if the place is busy. Considering that over half of the tables were empty, I couldn't quite figure out why we had to wait. It took forever to get our drink orders but the food came out quickly, which would have been great if the food was close to being good. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich that consisted of an overcooked and over fried chicken breast that had buffalo sauce drizzled on it. Since we only had plastic utensils this made it extremely difficult to cut my sandwich in half. Our waiter went MIA after we got our food and when he finally brought us our check he had it tucked under his arm for us to grab while he was on his way to another table to drop off refills (which we never got). I would have been better off going to McDonald's since the workers there seem to at least give a shit about being there. Overall all, I would rather jump out the window onto the 5 than eat here again. And BTW, I wouldn't necessarily consider Blue Moon to be a featured "craft beer' that you have on tap. You're not too far from San Diego so at least get some Stone on tap for Christ sakes.

Wow, harsh reviews from people here. I gotta tell you, I dug it. The server was sweet, with big smile, said hi as soon as we walked in. She was attentive but didn't bug us. Big ol' plate of wings arrived in five minutes, with cold celery and carrot sticks, and pretty decent ranch dressing. Delicious. Second only to Hooters, which I've been craving for months now. Um, the wings, not actual hooters. Still gay, ladies.

Ok. Here are the facts. We had more chips than dip, so we requested salsa. The bill reflected $1.00 charge! The menu offered to mix their "famous" sauce into the dip. We asked for the dip on the side. .50 cents was charged in the bill! Their Happy hour drink was $8.00 and tall bud light $6.00. Oh and there was a stream of cigarette smoke drifting in when employees were on break. Those are the facts. Lots of great tv's and service was average or better.

I'm not going to claim that I am from Buffalo and invented the chicken wing. But I did spend most of my money, time, and nights during college consuming some of the best wings known to mankind at UMASS Amherst. So I know my stuff. I'll admit I was expecting a lot from Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered a whole bunch. You see, I'm from San Diego, and we don't HAVE a buffalo wild wings down there, which I'm beginning to see is a good thing. I wanted to get a whole bunch and save them. This is what we did at UMASS. Best breakfast food ever - left over wings. So I paid something like 20 bucks for 24 boneless wings. It seemed reasonable, considering what I am used to is wings that are each about 1/3 of a large chicken breast. When they brought out my takeout order in two small clamshell boxes weighing no more than half a pound, I should have realized I'd been played. And boy, did they play me. I think the best description for these pitiful pieces of tortured chicken would be soggy, tasteless chicken nuggets. Only a bit smaller than chicken nuggets. I had one in the car. I was unimpressed, but chalked up the molasses-y honey BBQ to 'different style' than I am used to. The chicken, at that point, was cooling faster than a flower in liquid nitrogen, and had started to acquire a texture I can liken only to wet/compressed cardboard. God, I wish I could get my money back. And I had really, really hoped that this would be a good experience. But everything, from the location, to the 15 year old self-proclaimed "casanova" working the reception, to the dour expression on all the employees faces produced nothing short of the most underwhelming food experience I have yet had living in Southern California. How very depressing.

I love me some buffalo wings... And this place has some pretty good wings... Along with their fried pickles! Yum. But.... There servers are AWFUL. We have been to this location a handful of times and have noticed each and every time their servers are slow morons. Let's just say I come here for the pickles and wings and not for the service.

So I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings a few times and its always been good. This time was definitely the best service I've had yet. The entire time the waitress was always always so attentive as if we were in a fine dining restaurant. Mid-way I was joking about her lisp and she wasn't hestitant to show me her missing teeth. I got a kick out of it! She was spunky and had a sweet imperfection. Overall, fun experience, great drinks, great food and a spunky waitress to top it off.

RATING THE FOOD ONLY I just read some of the recent reviews on here about this place and they're pretty bad. I am giving this place 5 stars on food only. I usually try to rate on five points: Food, Service, Ambience, Price, & did it exceed my expectations. That's my rating standard. Some people rate on emotion, I think that's lame. Emotions are ever-changing. So, why am I changing my rating standards for BWW? Why? Well, early on in my biweekly visits to BWW, I discovered that the service does truly suck... but I kept going back, why? because the wings are fabbbbbulous! And so, rather than anticipating a change in the $ hitty service, I decided to change the way I eat BWW food. I recommend you do this too if you're considering going here. I still visit BWW whenever I'm in town or whenever I'm dying for good wings. But, I ALWAYS order to go. Wing Wednesday specials are to-die-for! You will not regret spending less than $10 on 15 wings! The more you buy the cheaper they are! When I order them to go, I usually get a to-go cup of a drink, wet-naps, etc. They always try to sell you $0.50 per ranch and $0.50 celery sticks to make up for the cheap pricing on the wings, but b/c the flavor of the wings are so dope, I always decline. Then, I do one of the following things: -I eat them by the movie theater. There's seating next to this cool fire pit.. undisturbed, warm, yummy and you can people watch while you munch. -I sneak and eat them in a movie! Nuff said -I take them home and eat all the celery I can take with them. -I drive them to the beach and enjoy them as I watch the sunset. I don't go to BWW for great service, or for good beer, or to watch a sports game, why? b/c there are real sports bars with good service out there and this one is not one of them. But if you're looking for phenomenal wings, go here! My favorite is a dry rubbed wing called chipotle bbq.. 2nd comes the asian zing... I usually rub some of the rub from my chipotle bbq wings onto these to make them even better... and if you're into jamaican jerk or spicier flavors, you just keep going up the temperature menu and you're going to love em!! Oh and I usually only tip $2 on to go orders so I'm not all resentful towards my waitress for giving me bad service. It helps balance out the bad blood towards that chick that disappears every half-hour. Enjoy!!!!!

What a joke. This place was crowded when we came in to watch the evening games of ND/Michigan, Clemson/Florida St. and a slew of awesome college football games. The sound and all big screens were on prefight commentary for the MMA that was apparently coming up in a few hours. "Hey can we turn that off before the fights starts since they're only talking and people want to watch the football games?" "Probably not, they paid for it so they wan to have it shown" "Funny your annoying commercials say come to our restaurant as we show all the games" " Don't know what to tell you" Sound is still on MMA commentary as we bite the bullet to watch the games without sound. Then suddenly, as 2/3 of the people there were there to watch football, all TVs go to MMA. not 20 of the 30 screens, all of the screens. Feel free catering to the two drink PBR crowd that tips 10% brings. Never again.

This isn't a 5 star restaurant, it's Bdubs. You can't expect the best tasting food or the best service. However, I do enjoy coming to this place because of a few different reasons: 1. UFC 2. The bartenders, especially Kory (spelling?). He is pretty much awesome. Always making sure you have what you need and seems to always be in a good mood. 3. Boneless wings. They're not the best I've ever had but they're good and they're cheaper on Thursday 4. Decent beer selection I pretty much only sit at the bar so my review is based on that. The few times that I have sat in the dining area, the servers are just okay. They almost never check on us and I constantly find them just hanging around talking to the other servers, on their cell or sitting at other tables, talking to their friends. To get the best service, sit at the bar.

Ok, I was really excited to try Buffalo Wild Wings because one of my favorite foods is chicken wings. I seriously love chicken so maybe my standards are too high, but I was not impressed at all by the wings :/ You can pick a flavor for every 6 wings so we got Hot BBQ and Thai. We also got a veggie boat and potato wedges on the side. The wings were on the smaller side, the sauce overwhelming, and they were on the soggier side. I can make better wings than this at home...

I discovered Bdubs before it came to Orange County and got hooked on it. I went to other locations but now I mostly go to this one because I can walk to it from my apartment. I occasionally have bad service but management really tries to make it right if that happens. I love thier wings. The prices are pretty steep, but I tend to go on Tuesdays for 55 cent traditional wings...or Wednesdays for 60 cent any type or Thursdays for 65 cent boneless. Combine a wing day with happy hour and the prices are reasonable. My favorite sauce is Mango Habanero. Sweet and spicy, it is so good. I like to try the limited time flavors when they have those. A lot of people love the Asian zing as well. Lately I have been getting a side of blazin' sauce to dip my mango habanero wings in for an extra kick. I tried getting blazin' wings once and they were crazy hot. I think I had 3 and I was done. They also have some great dry wings like the lemon pepper ones. I have had their ribs and chicken sandwich (with choice of any sauce) which were great too. You really cant go wrong with the food here. Great place to watch a game, but it can get really crowded. Once I tried to go during a Lakers playoff game and we couldn't get a table. Summary: Great food, okay service, lots of TVs, great special wing days and happy hour.

My friends I'm here to set the record straight. Yelp is cool but there are a lot of haters, and not only that, a lot of babies! I love the complaints about the televisions not playing what people want them to. You really have some issues people, and they are that you are spoiled! I am writing this because I was wanting some wings, driving back home to SD from LA, and had been to BWW before and found them to be pretty good and we don't have them in SD. After reading the yelp reviews of this place (Mission Viejo) (many of these bad reviews have only one or two reviews to their profiles so maybe they are not even real) here is what I was expecting to get: An angry idiot manager who glares at me when I walk in One waiter flirting with the female bartender, both ignoring me Bad food and no water refills None of these things were true. Here is what I got instead: The second I walked in three workers greeted me, smiled and led me to my seat, after asking me if I wanted to watch anything in particular. The waiter appeared in seconds, introduced himself, took drink orders. Drinks appeared in less than a few minutes. Water was clean, clear and crisp on a hot summer day. Beer was tasty draft cold Dos Equis. Got Wild wings and Blazin wings - both were really good. The Blazin are on the hot side (I am a heat person, but heat and flavor not just crazy heat) and I liked their flavor. There were 3/3 drumsticks and wings in both orders. Wild flavor is hotter buffalo, good, not as hot as Blazin. Now listen - nobody makes wings like Buffalo NY or even the East Coast, nobody. But BWW is a good substitute. You can't walk into anywhere in California and expect great wings, pizza or bagels like back East, you just can't so don't even try to think you can. If you get wings to go know this - they don't keep well, and it's not the restaurant's fault, you need to eat them freshly fried. If you get boneless or breaded wings well you are just foolish, so you get what you get. Only get original with bone. The wings I had were cooked really well, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. And they arrived at my table hot! Meaning there was no waiting for the waiter. The place was clean, a bit noisy but not too noisy, and the tvs/music drowned out the knuckleheads sitting behind me who were hooting and hollering over a golf game (did not even hear them really). Employees seemed happy, they were all smiling and joking around (and working not just standing around). My waiter (Eugene?) was amazingly cool, fast, no dumb chit-chat, nice, and like a super phantom - bringing and taking food, water and beer as if he read my mind. Bathrooms spotless. Nice and cool and dark and it was super hot out today so it was a nice place to go chill. Hey, when I left someone at the front even told me "thank you so much, come back soon." So there, babies on yelp, I had an awesome lunch and will return.

This place is bad - really bad. I'm not sure where to start - with the service (bad), the cleanliness (or lack of it), or the level of complacency the staff has over taking care of their customers. The only thing that wasn't bad was taste of the food. That's not to mean it was "good" -- it just wasn't actively bad. The things that were bad: Service: Slow is an understatement. We witnessed not one, but two tables get up and walk out because no one came to take their order. It took over a half hour to get our food once we did order - seems a bit excessive when all we ordered was a basket of wings and potato wedges. Cleanliness: The floor was covered in food scraps - and watching them wipe down the tables it was obvious why - they just fling the food onto the floor when "cleaning". The faucets on the sinks in the men's room were literally falling apart. Complacency: Watching the server react when they found one table abandoned by patrons it became obvious it wasn't unusual. I don't think they even noticed the other table that walked. We also saw them seat a group of six guys at a table for four (and the restaurant was at less than 20% capacity). I only use one star reviews for companies that are doing things they really shouldn't do (serving unsafe food, ripping off customers etc.). The only reason this place isn't a one star is they didn't break any actual laws that I'm aware of, or argue with customers. In other words, it *could* have been worse - but not by much.

Horrible service! Don't waste your time coming to this place. Came to see the fight and was charged an admission of $10 per person...was promised a booth and was advice to wait at the bar in the meantime. Never got the booth and ended up leaving the place because it was too crowded; not a good place to seat and enjoy a good time.

Went here for lunch today with some friends. We sat in the bar and although we were greeted and asked for drinks right away everything seemed to take forever. Drinks were very slow to come to the table as was the food. The food here is atrocious. The wings were tough and dry, the garlic parm was like eating a salt lick. I just don't know how people like this place, it really is that bad.

I like BWW, but given a choice I'd go to the Lake Forest location over this one. This location has the potential to be a great spot to grab a bite and watch a game, but the service is terrible. We came for lunch on a Saturday and at 12:30 there were maybe 6 other customers in the place, yet it still took 15 minutes to get service. I think the girl serving us was new, to her credit she stepped up her game as out visit went on (oddly once the place got more crowded she got better). They are pretty stingy with the sauces here compared to other locations. If I were catching a movie I'd give them another shot, but I wouldn't make a special trip to eat at this location.

Horrible service!!! The only reason that I gave this establishment a 1 is because is because food is good. 1.5 hour wait, on a Sunday afternoon, really? The hostess and management apparently do not communicate, our group was told we could have the banquet room, but then a group of 12 came, after us, and swooped in on the room we were waiting for. We decided to split our group up and STILL horrible service, another 45 minute wait. Our food took 40 minutes to get and 2members of our group didn't receive their food when the order arrived. So, they put in the order and"rushed" it, another 20 minutes, so they had to eat while entire group was finished. I think this BWW's is terribly mismanaged! The hotesses had no training, there weren't nearly enough servers for a Sunday afternoon football, and the bussers left MANY tables dirty for at least 20 minutes each. Seriously, our group will NEVER patronize this particular BWW"s again, all in all it was a terrible experience. BTW: We were forewarned by the party sitting next to us that the service was non-existant. Stay clear and patronize other BWW"s instead of this one on Crown Valley!!!

Booked banquet room for party of 40. Took 45 min for drinks with no food order taken. Manager was too busy cooking in the kitchen to even come talk to me. Gave the girls a few free appetizers after 1.5 hrs, but nothing for the parents. Two hours for food. Never again. I should have read the reviews here first.

I haven't been to this place in a couple of years. I went yesterday at 11:30, right after they opened. Food: The food was very good. Warning: The blazin wings are pretty hot but flavorful. Service: Angie was working at the bar. She was great. Great service, good food. Will be back if Im in the mission viejo area

For once I actually changed up my order at BWW's. It was any wing day so I ordered 10 boneless wings, 5 with my normal desert heat, and five with salt & vinegar. I love the addition of dry rubs. As usaul the desert heat did not disappoint. I did not enjoy the salt & vinegar as much, but it provided a nice change of pace. I did stick with my order of buffalo chips with cheese though. They have a lot of televisions and a good atmosphere to watch games.

Horrible service! There was not many people dinning and still our food did not get here for 40 minutes, ridiculous! Waiter was so slow and unhelpful. The hostess did not even care to help. I'll give it another shot but I'm not sure how it'll work out.

Came here a couple nights ago for a UFC fight. I was actually very pleased with the service! I'm genuinely surprised at the rating of this location ._. Maybe I was really lucky... Our waitress was very attentive, came back to check on us numerous times. Our drinks were never empty and our requests for extras of this and that came quick. The food was... well, standard for BWW. But 4 stars for the service that night :D Plus... SO MANY TV'S!!!! And the atmosphere here on fight nights (and I would assume game nights as well) is really fun! Everyone in the whole restaurant was getting into it xD Good stuff, cool location. Good luck getting seated though.

For all the bad reviews I was expecting the place to be horrible, but it wasn't. Service wasn't slow, food wasn't gourmet, but it was good. My only complaint is that the list of beers was lame, but I'd go back.

Walked in and waited about 5 minutes. No one greeted us. We walked around and decided to seat ourselves. We told the waitress about it and she didn't even seem to care. Worst service ever. Never returning and making sure my friends don't waste their time either.

  • Justin S.

I've been here a few times, and have had good experiences and bad ones. Usually I'll try and sit at the bar. I like their draft list and the fact that there are a ton of TV's. And the bartenders are always pretty accommodating. I came in one time with my Wife and kids and it took 15 mins to get a table when I saw a bunch of open ones, and when we finally were sat, it took another 10 mins to get a server to great us. And then to top it off, when the server finally arrived, there wasn't any "sorry about the wait, welcome to BWW, can i grab some drinks for you" or any thing like that. It was simply "what can i get you". Thats it! After waiting 25 mins in a 3/4 full restaurant, thats what we got for a greeting by our server. I was pissed. The food isn't all that bad or good. Just average. The wings can be a little meatier. Service sucks. But I'll still go in there if friends are meeting up and we're watching a game or something, but I'll definitely never take my family in there again.

I've given this place multiple tries, but every time I come it sucks. I made a Yelp account just so I could give them 1 star, cause this is ridiculous. I've been there four times this year, three of those times they weren't busy at all. All four times I have had to wait 45+ minutes for my order of 8 boneless wings to come out. Not only that, but every time my party and I sit down, it takes at least 10-15 minutes for someone to come up to our table. The last time I was there, this past Wednesday night, the server seemed completely disinterested in our party. I asked for a refill and didn't get it. 15 minutes later someone else in our party asked with more force and we got it right away. Checks weren't dropped off until we asked for them 20 minutes after being done with our food, the whole table pre-bused. The only reason I have come back is cause I come with a group and the staff is always more than happy to put on the game we want to watch on one of their giant screens. And the wings are great, too. However, the speed and quality of the service just ruins everything about my experience. On Wednesday, if it hadn't been for my team winning, I probably would have complained. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that will be more than happy to put the games you want to watch on, so I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere since BWW can't get their act together.

Beware of the male Bartender who works Football Sunday's. You'll know who he is; at first sight as he looks as if he hasn't showered or bathed in about 3 weeks time. Absolutely gross!!! Not only does his customer service suck, he only offers his time to his drunk friends who are obnoxious at the bar... God forbid you ask for service - otherwise you'll get treated by an piece of $h!t. Good luck!

Horrifyingly bad. We actually saw them seat people at a dirty table. Service was beyond slow even though they weren't busy. We saw two different tables get up and leave before someone got around to taking their order. It took about a half an hour for food to come once we managed to order. The food tasted okay, but made me a little queasy.

I just love this place more and more because of the awesome staff at the bar. Kory is the best bartender a patron could ask for! He is so attentive and always makes sure we're satisfied. I also love coming here for the UFC fights. Nothing like great company, a big screen TV and decent food.

If you check the Yelp reviews of BWWs in the area, why do all of them have 3 stars except for this location? I'll tell you why: the service. This location is huge and is blessed with a spot in the Kaleidoscope, which is probably the only reason I've been here a handful of times. I am a woman who enjoys her hot wings - bone in or boneless, extra spice, mild, with or without ranch. So, soon as Buffalo Wild Wings started opening up in the area, I was excited and ate out indiscriminately. Out of the three locations directly in my area: this one, Lake Forest and Aliso viejo (never been to the one on Culver before), the quality of food is unsurprisingly the same as ever other BWW in the country but the service ... slow and not always accommodating. Having sat in both the bar and restaurant during slow and busy hours I am just putting the word out there that the service here blows. Perhaps during a really busy game or karaoke night it will be difficult to get a server's attention at any location, but I will pass on visiting the Kaleidoscope BWW for a long, long time.

The manager was really rude at this place. I took my son here after Jumpin Jammin. After arriving (and a long wait for our server), we ordered. After ordering, I put some money in the Juke box and selected some songs. The Juke box took our money and then nothing played! I told the waitress about it and she talked to the manager. Apparently, he had turned it off earlier because of a football game. He said that he'll turn it on again, but only for 45 minutes since football will be starting soon. By that time I had lost my first two songs, but I figured, at least I would get to hear most of them. We got our food and began to ate. After 3 songs I saw the manager make a face like he didn't like the music and he turned the juke box down so low you couldn't hear it! The next football game was nowhere NEAR starting at that point. He just didn't like the songs I played. Most of it was classic rock. Doesn't everybody like classic rock? I guess not if you look like some Jersey Boys wannabe. Perhaps I should have played some reggae-ton. At that point, I told my son that "we ain't' coming back here," and we haven't since! If you want BWW, try the place on Lake Forest Drive in Lake Forest instead.

I honestly do not get the hype this place has. I am not a picky eater by any means, and I didn't think it was possible to mess up French fries, but after going here so many times I've realized that their menu really only has two food items and one drink item to order from....what I mean is that there are wings, which are good after you find out which sauce and rub is your match, there is beer, and then everything else tastes like a blended, fried mash-up of the rest of the menu. Don't order a cocktail, I've warned you. I think most of the bartenders are trained mainly on how to pour beer, lets be honest since this is mainly a beer and wings place and that's it. However, staff are always very friendly, which I give them credit for since the Kaleidoscope is always running rampant with groups of misbehaved 12 year olds, discarded by their parents on a daily basis. Also, it seems all my single guy friends always pick this place first when they are looking for somewhere to watch the game, and are always disappointed by the lack of females that seem to dine here, so if you are a single lady this might be a good place to get a lot of attention. Haha. Overall, wings are great. Beer is beer. Giant tvs are giant tvs. Don't expect much else.

Generally speaking, love me some chicken...my dogrents feed me some every night. So, when I heard that they visited this establishment to curb my dad's wing craving only to get puny, runny wings and indigestion, I was not happy. There was no evening walk after this dinner due to the horrible aftermath of what is Buffalo Wild Wings. Woof!

I don't know why I keep coming back. I like BBW as a chain, but this particular one sucks. Ive been here about 10 times, each visit is worse. The service is very slow and forgetful. Waitress spills a drink on me and runs away and doesn't acknowledge it. I order 50 wings for a group of 4 people and get two small sides of ranch. I ask for more and that takes an additional 15 minutes. Foods cold by now. To make things worse my girlfriend and I both got sick that night. Definitely not coming back to this location.

DELICIOUS food and great service. Martini was our server, we visited this location back in October 2012. It was on a Monday Night Football night and it was quite busy. Very good service. We called in our reservation and were quickly seated when we arrived. We got to try various flavors for the buffalo wings. It was my first time but my boyfriend had already visited other BWW in the past. I thought it was GREAT. I wish there was one in North County-San Diego.

  • Jessica S.

I liked this place more when I didn't have a million around, but I guess that changed when I moved from SF to OC. It's a chain, yes, but it does have cheap wings on Tuesday, Wed, and Thurs nights, 10 beers on tap, and at least 10 wing flavors. My favorites are Garlic Parmesan and Asian Zing. On Wednesdays, I think both wings are $.60. On Tuesdays, $.55 wings w bone and on Thursdays ~$.55 boneless wings. They have a regular HH and a late night hh after 9 on week nights, but their hh isn't that great. I think it's half off appetizers and $1 off beers...I'll check and get back. I like their seasoned fries and their pretzels (it's hard to find soft pretzels outside of Philly!) They have a bunch of TVs. Bar area is kind of small here. I've never seen it that popping (yes I said poppin'), even on a Sat night (yes I went there on a Sat nigh :( ) But I have seen a bunch of Marines in the place...so if your a single girl and looking for some loving, BWW on a cheap wing night is the place to be. Or just go to San Clemente... Still not East Coast Wings but wayyy better than Hooter's wings (man those wings are greasy!) (If you ever get a chance, try the boneless wings at wingsover.com )

I went knowing the food is mediocre, but I needed a place to watch a college football game that I couldn't get on my home TV. I was told before I agreed to be seated that they could get my game on any of of their dozens of TVs. Well, after ordering and getting my food I was told they were having trouble changing channels on account of a hardware issue... so no game for me. The food is right on par with KFC. The service is mediocre, at best. As far as the sports bar aspect, they seem to cater to the UFC crowd... lots of Ed Hardy and Affliction...It was like a 909 convention. And what good is having 50 televisions if you cannot figure out how to change the channels? Never again.

I have had great experiences at other BWW, the service, wings and experience were all good. I can not say the same with this location... After we were seated, the manager came over and took our drinks, brought them to us, and we did not see anyone again for almost 20 min. After waiving down the manager, he took our order and left, as all of our drinks were empty (I guess it was a bit much to assume that we wanted empty drinks refilled). About 15 min later, our server, or who we assumed was our waiter, came and brought refills for half the table. We got our food some time after that, and they did not bring out several items we ordered, and messed up on two other orders. When we told them about the mess ups, they did not correct them. The food was cold. The service was horrible. I could go on about the bad experience, but I think you get the point. I will not be returning to this BWW.

we have been eating bww for years. within the last year we have seen the company's service go down. employees look beat down, unhappy and don't seem excited to be working. this makes the experience as guests go down tremendously. food is good for the most part, but the atmosphere ruins it. we see this at all south OC locations.

So unfortunate. I LOVED their Parmesan and garlic wings. but WOW, what a disappointment when I came for a third time. It was sooo salty, so I couldn't finish my plate. So sad, waste of money. The servers were not knowledgeable about the beers, and weird busboys kept on winking at me. Our server forgot our french fries and didn't get them until we finished the meal. WTHECK? So overall, POOR SERVICE, LAZY SERVERS, FOOD SALTY, SERVERS NEVER COME AROUND. NOT PROFESSIONAL.

Ok I have been to quite a few BWW locations and typically, service is atrocious, and I have come to expect this. But we always go back because the wings are great, and there a million TVs to watch the game. This time, at Mission Viejo location, during the NIners-Packers game we had the best service we have ever had at a BWW. I don't just mean "OK" service, they really went above and beyond. Our server Chris was attentive, always there with the next beer or to take our next wing order. I was really impressed as this was during a super packed NFL game. Even the rest of the rest of the staff was on top of there game. Great job guys keep it up! And thanks Chris! I don't usually review BWW, but when I do it's because they did something awesome.

I ordered the mild buffalo, parmesean, and honey bbq chicken strips. Not nearly as good as Wings and Things, yet way more expensive! Such the disappointment. :(

This particular BWW location is alright. I've always gone to the lake forest location because I used to live close to there. I have to say that location is a lot better than this one. My guy likes coming to watch the chargers games on sunday mornings. It always fun to get a few drinks here (the few times I'm allowed to drink) The weekend before last we went the service was horrible, we couldnt even get untensils to eat. Last week we had pretty good service. Our waitress was very attentive. I have a very restricted diet because of my medical conditions (no more cheat days allowed). I asked if I could do the build your own burger, but lettuce wrapped because I cant have grains. Our waitress checked with the cook and she said it would be no problem. I ordered a build your own chicken burger wrapped in lettuce (I was planning on eating it with a fork and knife anyway). I dont expect lettuce wrapped burgers to ever look perfect, but when I tried to cut it, the chicken was so rubbery I had to have my guy cut it for me, I couldnt even cut through the chicken it was so rough!! I was disappointed :( Apparently the sampler plate was perfect, but I couldnt eat any of it. I'll return, next time Ill probably just order a bunch of veggie boats and watch the game lol.

We had a family event yesterday and everyone wanted wings, so we called to place a to go order. When I called for one simple order of 24 wings, it took the girl at the counter several times to get that order correct. When my in-laws called to make a larger order it was complete chaos on the end of BWW. They hung up once, lost the order in the computer once, the girl had to ask for help numerous times. It literally took 20 minutes to place an order. When we arrived for pickup, even worse. The two girls at the counter were so lost in what they were doing and they were not even busy! Tried to give us to other peoples orders in error. It was just incredible. And when we go home, of course several parts of our order were wrong. After reading so many similar experiences here on Yelp, I will bet this place is gone soon. So sad, bad management and owners that just don't care. Maybe try eating at your own establishment sometime and see if it meets YOUR expectations.

quoted a 10 minute wait for two people. We waited 25 minuets for a table in a half empty restaurant at 9pm on a friday night. We were finally seated, ten minuets went by and nobody came to our table for drinks or anything. Got up and walked out.

after reading all these reviews, i was REALLY hesitant to go to this location. however, my cousin lives right down the street from this place and i've been craving bww for a LONG time..we don't have one in san diego!! :( so we took our chances... this location is pretty big compared to the other locations i've been to (las vegas and chino hills). the girl at the entrance seemed kind of...i-hate-my-jobish, you know what i mean?? not particularly friendly, not particularly rude, i guess. this was not a promising start. however, we were seated and our server was a really sweet blonde girl, amy? she was attentive and friendly, told us about tuesdays being .55 wing night......yaYY!!!!!! that's right, 55 cents a wing! i took advantage of this and ordered my usual mango habanero, asian zing, and blazin....they came out piping hot, and delicious. the blazin as usual, was too spicy for me to enjoy, but for some reason, i still always order it, telling myself , maybe i'll get used to it, lol. mango habanero is still my favorite, kind of sweet, kind of spicy... i'd come back for more wingsss yumm

We decided to stop at this location to grab lunch and watch the televised Raider game, we live in SD so not only do they not televise the Raider game they also don't have a Buffalo Wild Wings which is a total bummer. This location is pretty big, although it was my first time in one, I'm usually used to wing places being small, but this was a full on restaurant. The wait was pretty quick being it a Football Sunday. Their menu is pretty big, not only wings, but for a first timer, we went and got the wings sampler and another sampler with nachos, onion rings, cheese sticks and boneless wings. The sauces to pick from were overwhelming, we wanted to try everything. Of course it ranged from very mild to blazin' hot. The waiter was kind enough to explain what the popular ones were. This is what we picked ranging from least favorite to favorite... 5. Mild-since that's your typical buffalo wing sauce, I'm pretty sure you've tasted it before 4. Jamaican jerk-too peppery for my taste 3. Parmesan garlic -just alrite, too salty 2. Spicy garlic-too spicy 1. Hot BBQ- just right! Sweet, but spicy! Yum! I'm still eager to try their Mango Habanero which maybe the sweet and spicy that I like so we'll definitely be back for more finger lickin' goodness!

I will try to keep this short and (not) sweet. I have given BWW three chances at two separate locations in two different states. I LOVE wings, I even cook them at home once a week. Anyways, my friends all dig this place and I am almost always down for grub. My first impression was the it was cool, the TV's are awesome-had some good games on at the time and some good melodies going on. All 3 times I have been, its always taken the waiter/waitress a while to greet us and take our drink order; same for when we are ready to eat. I have tried the mango habanero, Garlic Parm, lemon Pepper and Regular Hot. I'm sorry, the flavors are a joke- they taste like syrup or something? The garlic parm was gross with the LP being wayyy too salty. The breaded boneless wings hardly have any meat in them. The mushrooms we ordered we terrible as well; even the fries were ridiculous. I'm very disappointed with the overall quality of the food and service. Even the beer- I love Miller Lite( yes, I know ML) and when I ordered a tall on Cinco de Mayo my friend noticed that the head looked awkwardly foamy with colored bubbles (kind of how soap bubbles look?) and recommended I just order a bottle. I didnt want to be an inconvenience as I hate drama so I just drank it. I guess overall its a good hangout area for drinks but, the food? I'll pass. I get better wings from Chilis.

i enjoy the bar here, they have some fun drinks its a great place to grab a drink before a movie.... but after sitting down and actually dining in this restaurant i will never return. i will start out by saying i work in the food industry i am a waitress so i am more then aware of how restaurants work. what is and isn't okay and i work for a large corporate restaurant so i extra know what is and is not okay. my waitress this evening at this location believed it was okay to do the following: walk onto the floor, take her hand put it on her pony tail, pull her pony tail out, toss her hair out and continue to comb through and play with it. following this she walked up to a table and began talking to them and doing things for them still playing with her hair. all i have to say is if i did this at my own site of employment i would probably be fired instantly. it is a complete and total health code violation and it makes me question what other codes this restaurant is not following and their managers are obviously not enforcing.

My Bother in Law is visiting from canada and he had a cravin for american wings. We both got the rib and wing combo. I chose mild sause and he chose honey BBQ. THE RIBS WERE DISGUSTING. they were not traditional "ribs" more like riblets... the only flavor came from the outrageous saltiness. The mild sauce was way to spicy for me, ( I do have a Jewish stomach) so that explains that. The BIL Honey BBQ was so-so. We had to ask for Blue Cheese and Celery as it was not given. My strawberry Lemonade was prob what I ....enjoyed the most. this place was def a ONE AND DONE for me!

this particular bww bums me out! I walk in (on a pretty busy night, the lobby is full of waiting guests. nbd) and i walk up to the host stand and tell the host (that doesnt have a smile) I'd like a table for two. She just stares at me. finally, with an attitude she says "what's your name" i tell her, she writes it down. Im waiting for her to tell me how long the wait is going to be but she says nothing. Finally i ask "about how long is our wait going to be?" she replies "like, 15 minutes" still with an attitude. Im annoyed at this point so we decide to sit in the bar. Our waitress greets us promptly and grabs the waters we ordered really quickly. fast forward: our chips and salsa took about 30 minutes to get to us and our wings another 15 minutes. lame. the only reason I can give it two stars is becuase i am a huge fan of the wings. I guess i'll just avoid this location

I like going BWWs because we don't have one in San Diego (yet) and I find them fun to hunt down when I am in other cities because I enjoy the concept of wings, beer and sports. Now, the newer Mission Viejo location is great because it is located in a center, there is parking in the garage, there is visibility from the highway and they have a fair amount of room with tons of tvs for the avid sports fan. I have come here several times on my way to/from LA and have had good experiences with them. I won't say great because the last two times I have been here, they have messed up my order one way or another. Now, they definitely fixed it for us and brought us out another set of free wings as an apology, which is greatly appreciated. But the main issue is the lack of speed. Now I know wings are made in 5 minutes flat, that's not the issue, however when it takes an upwards for 45-50 mins to receive some wings (that's after ordering, not the whole experience) then you begin to wonder what's up. The first time it happened, our order was forgotten, the second time, it was a lot quicker, but definitely not a normal time frame. So this is why, as much as I like going, that they will only receive 3 stars from this girl.

I love chicken wings. This love affair started in college when my favorite bar had 1/2 price wings during happy hour. A dozen would run you about $2 from 5-7 every day. I don't eat 'em like I used to, but occasionally order a round at Hooters, Wingstop or even off an appetizer menu if I'm craving the little chunks of spicy goodness. I probably first heard about BWW earlier this year when I saw there was one in Murrieta, CA (the closest one to me in North San Diego County). It's one thing for a place to be known for their wings, but it's another when it is their specialty. I was more than excited to finally try out this Orange County location. What an upsetting and underwhelming experience. However, let me first start off with this. The wings are not that bad. The ones I had were fried quite nicely and I did enjoy the Spicy Garlic sauce. The sauce was right in the middle in terms of heat (something that my server recommended, which was the only good thing she did all day -- and I will get to that later). But despite this, the wings are nothing special. Certainly not worth driving out of San Diego County for them. The quality was no better than a wing you get at Applebees, Chili's, Islands or any other franchise joint that offers it on its appetizer menu. What they have going for them is the cornucopia of sauce options and for that I do commend them. But I'm not rating just the chicken. I am rating the overall experience. PROS Chicken wings are good ... sauce options are plentiful ... If you go there to watch sports, you will be satisfied. Maybe not a satisfied appetite, but they are spot on in terms of television viewing ... Plenty of free parking ... $5 kids menu. CONS Food, other than the chicken wings, the food we had was subpar ... I usually don't mention service unless it is awful, because I understand everyone has a bad day, but I noticed many other reviews of this specific location mentioned experience with service to be less than spectacular. Our server admittedly "forgot" to come back and take our orders after she saw that we sat down in her section. She brought me my salad with no dressing. She said she was going to bring me a sample of a sauce and never did. What We Ate: 12 wings w/ Spicy Garlic sauce, side salad Mushroom Eruption Burger, Kids corn dog bites I think I have said enough about the wings. They were solid. I liked the sauce. My main thing with a wing sauce is to have a good tang coupled with heat. These were just right and the hint of garlic was nice too. I didn't expect much on the salad. I just wanted some type of roughage to go along with the 12 fried wings I was about to consume. And again, just bad. I didn't realize shredded white and cheddar cheese were still added to salads. And naturally, the lettuce tasted like it came from a bag. My wife's burger was horrible. And we are definitely burger connoisseurs. The patty itself reminded me of the type of quality that my high school cafeteria served (and that is a bad thing). It was topped with a handful of their fried roasted garlic mushroom appetizer. Initially I thought this was a good idea because not only do you get 'shrooms with the burger, but it gave us the opportunity to try one of the apps without ordering the app. Well, I would not recommend this app. Not good. My daughter seemed happy with her corn dog bites. I tried one and they were tasty. But nothing special, and nothing you couldn't get from the frozen section at the grocery store and make yourself. There seems to be a pattern here .... Whatever you can get a BWW, also appears to be something you can open, heat and eat from a grocery store. I wonder if there is anything they make from scratch?

Man, I'm such a softie. This should really be a 3-star establishment based on two of my last five visits and to a more critical Yelper maybe even a 2-star but I love wings, love beer and love a good time so what the hell...four stars it is. The two occasions that sucked were the one where the dude behind the bar took like a half hour or more to get 8 wings out to me...overall pretty bad service from him but whatever. The most recent time it was like 90 degrees inside and that pretty much made my beer go from ice cold to luke warm in no time. But the three other times are the reason why I will keep coming back good beer nice girls hot wings LONG hours...oh how much I love restaurants that buck the typical Orange County trend and stay open past midnight

This is the 2nd time i have been to a Buffalo Wild Wings ( first trip to this location). I definitely won't be returning to this location either. Getting to the actual restaurant is confusing when parking in the parking garage. Then you have to walk through part of a creepy unused ( use to be mall). The service was good, although i felt that i had to ask the waiter multiple times for what should have been a given. The service was decent paced, didn't take to long for us to get our food, and when it came out it was decent. I had the chicken strips with ribs. The chicken strips were good, and the sauce made them better. The ribs on the other hand weren't up to my standards at all. It seemed as if they came out in a hunk, that had far more gristle and fat than i would like on my ribs, also the meat was quite tough. The sauce that they used on the ribs was pretty good though. I wouldnt go out of my way to come back to this location for either the service or the food. If i'm right next to a BWW then i might stop in for a bite, but until then i think ill just stay away.

Nice and new. Bathrooms are clean, lots of flat screens all around. Service is pretty friendly. But the wings are small, overpriced, and taste no better than if I had gone to Costco and bought a pack of microwaveable wings. And they charge for ranch. @ a wings place... no thanks!

I warned my boyfriend that we should go to another location because of all the horrible reviews I read about this place. But of course it was the only convenient location at the time. Hostess seemed like she was pissed off at the world. She tossed the menus on the table, mumbled something and walked away. Thanks...? Server was nice. The air conditioning in this place does not work properly. So of course I had a miserable time and couldn't wait to leave to get into an air conditioned car. Finally, we paid in cash and didn't receive our full change back. Like really? Do they always rip every customer off and hope they're too drunk to not notice? Do yourself a favor and never come here.

The other night we wanted to go to dinner and my family suggested Buffalo Wild Wings because everyone has raved about it. Well let me tell you. They are wrong!! It was so loud I couldn't hear my family. It was very dirty and tons of little kids running around. A little kid was throwing paper napkins and plates at me from the other table. The menu was huge and I couldn't find anything not fried to eat. The wings were at best mediocre and the so called "potato skins" were nothing like the name. A frozen package of potato pieces was dropped in a greasy frier and topped with cheese and bacon. I would have rather been attacked by a herd of buffaloes than gone back to Buffalo Wild Wings. It was awful and I wouldn't recommend it. It is a heart attack cholesterol bomb on a plate. I would have rather been a chicken being decapitated than being cooked into this dirty greasy food. As soon as I got home my whole family had diarrhea. At least the diarrhea smelled better than the food!!

Came here after the Iron Man premier and tried the hot wings because there was a promo. They were ok. Spicy yes and with a wide variety of different sauces to choose from looked better on the menu than they tasted. (There were 2 types of wings (boneless or the regular and we went with the regular). To me, it was almost like buying a bag of frozen wings and heating them up; then putting sauce over them. To top it off, the Service was not very good. The waiter was whatever so that added to the eh.. experience. We asked about the 1/2 price appetizers and he wasn't sure and never came back with an answer. I mean..how can you answer with "I don't know?" and never coming back to the customer with an anwer. You work here?? The only good thing was the fried pickles. They came out decently fried. The nachos were ok; just regular.

Believe it our not, I only came here because of the television commercials. What I found out was this is a pretty good place to eat and watch football games. The TV sets aren't too far from one another (all LCD's) and the atmosphere is a very good one for watching sports. The waiters and waitresses were very prompt and courteous and they helped me out on what wings to choose. I've always wanted to try from mild to super hot and that's what I exactly got from this restaurant. We started off with BBQ wings, then worked up our way to Parmesan wings that had a very tasty flavor all it's own. The Asian Zing had a certain zing to it's taste that I just didn't want to dip it into the ranch dressing that it came with, and finally the Blazing wings (very hot) had the right kick to it...it was hot enough where you can still taste the flavor and at the same time feel the heat from these wings...thank goodness for the ranch dressing to neutralize the heat. I love this place...its too bad they don't have one in San Diego cause I highly recommend this place for the wings.

My family and I went on a Saturday afternoon and they weren't too busy. One of the managers came and took our drink order, a server took our order. Then another server brought our food out. I think our servers name was Gino. He was okay, could have been better. He seemed like he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. While we were eating he was outside smoking and then came rushing in by our table and made the area smell like smoke. That I was not okay with. I didn't sit inside to be around cigarette smoke. Food was great though as always!!!

Smallest of the OC BWW bars. More importantly, I swear to Christ I will never come here again, solely based on hearing "I Whip My Hair Back & Forth," by one of the Pinkett-Smith demon seeds, SIX times in 1hr.

This place is ok...nothing special but doesn't totally suck. Service was good, they had lots of tv's & the beers were cold but the food is obviously taken out of the freezer & microwaved. By the way, that mall is DEAD.

Came on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30. The place was pretty empty except for a birthday party in a back room. Nevertheless, the service was horribly slow. It took 20 minutes for us to receive our 24 boneless wings and 1 salad. I would think there's very little labor needed to prep either of those things. Also, the salad had so much of the honey bbq sauce on the chicken, that you didn't even need to add any of the salad dressing.

My husband and I were excited to try this place out after some friends recommended it. I was a bit put off by all the bad reviews of this location. We had a good time. We went in for lunch on a Friday afternoon with our two boys. When we walked in we were sat immediately. There were tv's on all around us broadcasting every sport imaginable, it seemed. The restaurant was very clean. I liked that they had a kids' menu with popular favorites so it wasn't hard to order for them. Our server was nice and pretty attentive to us. We were very surprised with how fast our appetizer came out. Food was very tasty. All in all we had a good experience and will be likely to be coming back if ever in the area again.

For a place who's name is Wings, the wings were less than stellar. They were small with little substance. Hey BWW, if you need to save money, purchase smaller burgers or thinner fries; don't serve meat-less wings. Its your signature item. Waitresses were nice but the service was slow. It was not busy.

I really wish I could rate this higher but my gut tells me no. The boneless wings are great, especially BBQ and Asian zing. Best to come on nights when it's .55 boneless wings. The service is what holds this place back from being a 4 star. What saves this place from being a 2 is the .55 boneless wing nights. All in all a 3 star on any given day.

The service here is so UNORGANIZED! We got seated and no one came to introduce us as our server (we later found out that our server wasn't even there!), no one brought us drinks or even acknowledged us. After sitting there for about 10 minutes my fiancé had to ask a server if we could order. 10 min wait at a restaurant full of servers standing around is like waiting 30 min and also extremely frustrating! There were too many of the wait staff standing around talking to each other or watching TV. Since it just opened up, I'm thinking the manager(s) is/are new to the food industry and just hasn't quite figured out how to orchestrate a restaurant. They had no bus boys.. The servers and the hostesses were also bussing tables.. They don't do a great job as the table we were given was sticky! However, the wait staff is super nice and friendly. You almost wish they weren't b/c of how poorly unorganized they are. Food: the wings are good! I love that there is a great selection on sauces. We also had the hamburger slammer. Those were also good. Their fries are a little too salty for me. I would go back... But maybe in 6 months, hopefully by then the staff will be more organized!

Customer service is lacking and don't sit outside on that patio. Freeway noise and music over head make it nearly impossible to have a conversation. The worst part is that the bartender doesn't know his beer. When asked if I wanted a pint of 22 oz beer, the waiter brought me a pint glass. I told him that it was a pint not a 22oz because I had those same glasses at home. He argued, the manager argued and stuck to their guns when it was clear that they didn't know what they were talking about. FAIL. Worst customer service ever! So unless you like to feel inferior, don't eat here!

Definitely the best buffalo wings I have had in CA. The wings are very meaty and their sauce is very good. I always try to stop here when driving from San Diego to Orange County or LA. Wish they would open a location in San Diego. Great place to watch a ballgame. B- on the bathrooms

I am writing this review as I am in the restaurant waiting for food. It took at least 15 min for my friends beer to arrive. It's been 20 min since I saw our server. No water refills yet. Food hasn't arrived yet. It has been 30 min now. Just gonna ask for our checks now. This is ridiculous. Where is our waitress?

Worst restaurant experience of my life. Started when we walked in, it was 80% empty and they still made us wait for a table, even though the hostesses were just standing there talking to each other. When we were finally sat, the booth was filthy. Gross. It took a good 10 minutes before someone took our drink order, then another 10min before our real server showed up to take our order. Mean while another server "torrie" was standing around talking to the couple sitting at the booth behind us like they were her BFF, we heard her life story. Turns out that couple must have been known to the restaurant as they got a ton of attention and someone named "Dan" had something sent out to them. Leo, our server finally brings out our food.... It was disgusting!! Neither of us had eaten in almost 24 hours and would have eaten anything at that point and it was still nasty. Food aside, this review is mostly about the service. Every single person there just looked bored and less than accommodating. They clearly did not care about their jobs or customers. Not ONCE did Leo ask how we were or if we wanted anything else. I didn't get a single refill either, and with the nasty food the only bright spot was my delicious diet coke. We were done for nearly 15 min before we finally flagged him down to get the Check and it took just as long to get it back. Btw, when he delivered the check it was nicely nestled in his arm pit, and I had to pluck it out as his hands were full with refills for another table (wish I had gotten a refill, would have been nice) Needless to say, he more than deserved the $0 tip we left him. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Ever.

Well maybe the food would have been good if we had the chance to try it but whoever was running the show on a Saturday night failed. They way underestimated our wait time so we had to skip dinner to make our movie time. I understand this happens, but its frustrating when its due to a lack of management or experience. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Maybe I will actually get to try the food someday if I can get seated.

So I got the boneless wings because I could see the little weeny drumettes and wings on other tables. Of the 8 boneless wings, 5 of them had hard, discolored, fatty deposits. It's hard to believe that a place with this name could do such a poor job with wings. Oggis is a much better option if you are looking for wings in the area. Step your game up Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is legendary. There are way too many staff members on hand and nobody can figure out which food goes where. It's a mess, I'm guessing it because this place is new. I would give this place 0 stars but they have big TVs and I like beer. With the lack of good sports bars in southern Orange County I'm sure I'll end up here again. One star for TV and beer, another because one of my waiters(only good one I saw) is an Aztec.

I love this place but for some of the same reasons others may hate it... first - the service is kind of slow. This isn't a place you can just go in and eat and take off.. Its more of a place to relax and hang out. I wouldn't even think about coming here for lunch.. But for a UFC fight? Football game? oh yeah, this is the place to party! The staff is VERY nice, its like every time I go there they all got a raise or something. The Food is borderline average but maybe slightly above..some of the wraps are ok, the burgers are just a tiny bit small for my taste, the wings arent bad, not sure about the salads yet maybe next time i'll try one... It's definitely a lot better than hooters (their nearest competitor)

I love BWW, and up until they opened a location in Aliso Viejo, I ended up going here a few times. In short, don't. The service here is awful. Each time we've come to eat, we've waiting a long time to be seated, and not because there's a wait - just because no one's there. Service is very slow. Not worth it.

Terrible service. Our waitress walked by us several times, never even asking if we'd received drinks. Finally a waitress from a different section helped us. Food quality was average. Prefer wingstop!

Came in with group of 12, sat down and waited... And waited... And waited... It took us getting up and going to the bar tender to get serves. I would understand if it was busy but no only a few people where here. If I was an owner I would look to find a new manager who could keep the waitress on the floor doing there job. Bartender is the only saving grace or I would have given 1 star. If your hungry avoid this BW's cause you will starve before you even get offered a drink. Will never come again. Now back to the bar tender, she felt bad and everyone got a free refill of there tall blue moons. She gets 5 stars. Her name is Jessica and only saving grace for black hole that is the serves here. FYI if the bar tender Jessica where the manager this place would run more like a business and less like a high school party. Needs some good leadership.

My husband and I go to this location at least twice a month. Every now and then we'll get a bad server but the food is always great no matter what. I usually order the traditional wings mild sauce and the chicken quesadilla. My husband get the boneless wings mango habanero and blazin sauces. We have figured out it's best to go later at night when there isn't a big crowd food comes out faster and the wings are always hot! We have been to 10+ locations and besides the one that's in our hometown this is the next best when it comes to the taste of the food!

We just moved to orange county from the east coast and have been trying to find a good sports bar to watch the NFL. I am not a fan of chains, but after have nothing but terrible experiences at independent bars we tried BWW. I this is truly the best place that we have found and we are loving the wings! I wish there was an alternative to the chain, but we haven't found it.

Well, I used to work at this place, and all I have to say is it probably isn't worth your time coming here. The one good thing about this place are the servers, most of the reviews are negative about service but what people have to realize is that the problems happening during your stay aren't because of your server most of the time, it is because of the management. We are ALWAYS out of something... Whether it's carrots/celery, co2 for the sodas, ranch or even wings themselves. This is most likely why your server looks pissed off, because we have to be the one's walking up, embarrassed, telling you that we are out of something that we should not be out of. This is due to management not ordering it at all or not ordering the right amount. Another thing is that the management is more concerned with their labor costs then the guests. I, along with other servers, have been told to clock out in the middle of helping a table because we are about to hit our six hours and they forgot to have us go on a break. This goes along with the complaints of lack of service or servers "neglecting" their tables. That isn't the main reason though... Little do most of the guests know, your server isn't at your table when you need a refill because they are probably cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, cleaning trashcans or basically playing a game of hide and seek with the managers. Yeah, you read that correct, cleaning bathrooms and trashcans while we are in the middle of serving you dinner. This is because the owners of this company don't want to pay for a professional cleaning crew so it's up to us... and that game of hide and seek is due to the fact that we can rarely find a manager when we need them, which is every time you give us a coupon, have a complaint (which apparently happens quite a bit,) or when we have any other problems or concerns. Now, of course we can find them on busy days/nights, but not on the floor. They are usually hiding out in the office and only step out when we beg them to do something for us. When you see a manager out on the floor, it is most likely when you are one of the 4 families or guests in the restaurant. Now, about the food. I read some reviews saying that the food is not what they were hoping for. This is not a five star restaurant, it is an over sized bar. If you want an amazing burger or healthy salad then don't come here. The food isn't horrible, it is just that people expect too much. This is a SPORTS BAR...there is cold beer (most of the time) and sports. If you go in here expecting the Cheesecake Factory then you will not be satisfied. The unfairness of management here is the reason for most of the negative reviews... I admit that there are servers that are better than others, and some that can do their job a little bit better, and I apologize for the service on behalf of the servers that have worked there and still do, but next time you go in please understand that your server or host may look "pissed off" because they are dealing with something much more than your lunch or dinner at the time.

Eh - not sure what the popularity of this place is all about, other than a loud place to watch a game. $13 for one beer, and 6 scrawny wings served in a paper carton, by an indifferent bartender? naw, pass on it

1st time i came to a bww i did not like the boneless wings. was told i need to come back and get the normal wings. well, i did. they are average. hooters still dominates. i even prefer wing nuts to this place.

Good place to watch fights, just don't sit at the bar. Worst bartenders on the planet! Especially the dude with bad tattoos, glasses, and not the right skill for the movie "cocktail" although he tries to flip bottles and be a cool guy. Go to a different location if you can!

Ok, I've been a huge wing fan since I was a tiny child and I must say I've eaten decades worth of wings. I honestly thought that Buffalo Wild Wings was gonna disappoint, even though I try my hardest not have preconceived notions about a new restaurant. Totally surprised with the whole experience, in a good way! Buffalo Wild Wings is in the dreaded Kaleidoscope mall where business go to die. It replaces El Torito Grill, which I loved. We sat down for some day drinking and wings today and could not have been happier. All wings (boneless or with bone), 60 CENTS on Wednesday for happy hour and really cheap beer! That alone is worth one star. The wings themselves were juicy and delicious, smaller than Wingnuts but bigger than Wingstop. I had the hot wings traditional, which were definitely hot and tasty, and my buddy had the Asian Zing boneless and spicy BBQ traditional. Both flavors were awesome but the Asian Zing wings were REALLY, REALLY good. All the wings were juicy and cooked just right. $32 for FORTY delicious wings and 2 giant IPA beers. I could barely walk after wards... Tons of TVs in the bar area and our server, Ryan was as cool as they come. He even offered us a choice of what games we wanted to watch. This will be a once a week stop for me from this moment on. And for the person that thought Costco could do better (and if you actually eat Costco wings, that says a lot about your taste palette.....), please don't come back, one less soccer mom to deal with in South OC, YAY........

I dont know why but the buffalo wild wings arent that great here. I have been to one in Texas that was great! the problem ive had is they dont put near enough sauce on their wings and they are over priced. Not saying i wont go again but its just not my choice.

Came here tonight with my husband. First walk in and hostess looks up to see us coming in and looks back down to continue whatever she was doing. Awkward as we stand there a bit before she looks up again to actually greet and seat us with no smile. Our waitress wasn't bad at first, she came to us several times to get orders in and drinks. Our biggest problem was the food took forever. It took us about 20 minutes at least just to get our appetizer and another 40 minutes to get our chicken wings. It was ridiculous waiting that long for the food and during this time, our waitress seemed to avoid us rather than apologize for the wait and assure us that our food was coming. Its not like this place was even packed so i dont understand what the hold up was. Overall, food wasn't bad but the service was horrible. The hostess didnt even say bye to us on our way out and I know she saw us leaving. They definitely need to train their staff if they want to stay open. I'm not coming back.

I love this Buffalo Wild Wings. My husband loves their Big Daddy Burger. He got it as a to go plate the night before, and it was amazingly delicious for lunch reheated the next day. You have got to try their Boneless Buffalo Wings with the Asian Zing sauce. Ask for the Southwestern Ranch to dip in. They are heavenly together. Every time I've gone, with my husband or with friends, we've had awesome service. I don't know about the bar, because I have never sat there, but wait time between meals and appetizers or waiting to be seated is pretty normal. The hosts and waiters are very friendly. :)

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Had my first experience of BWW because my friends said it was highly recommended. It did not live up to expectations. 1. The quality of the wings okay... not crispy at all. 2. The hot sauce was pretty good. The Spiciest one was pretty spicy, however, the sauce was not put on evenly, so you'd have a spicy bite followed by a not so spicy bite. 3. They charge you for every little extra thing, which was not explained to us. Every extra dressing or celery stick is extra 50 cents. And instead of explain that to us and letting us get exactly what we needed, she "gave us a deal" and just gave us 10 extra sides and charging us for it. The way she was going to save us money actually ended up charging us more money. And we had to go over the math with them a couple of times to convince them that they were charging us too much. In summary, food, nothing special. The fries were decent. Make sure you check your bill when you get it.

The doing of eating wings is a good time, so I gotta give the place something. The service wasn't bad, it just didn't exist. In exchange, the employees chose to kick back in their area and gossip about whatever. No Refills were offered, well not much was offered, just took our order. They brought items to the table that we assumed were part of the meal, but ended up being extra when we received the bill. Flavors were good, liked the hot the best, personal opinion. Wouldn't go back again, but needed to atleast try.

"Two weeks ago I wanted some hot wings. I kept seeing a sign on the side of the Kaleidoscope off the 5 freeway here in Orange County that kept shouting out to me. BUFFALO WILD WINGS, it said in huge yellow letters. So I asked Miles if he wanted to go. We looked up Buffalo Wild Wings in Orange County and nothing came up remotely close to the Kaleidoscope. Therefore, with reason, Miles assumed that it wasn't open. With a sulking head I went to nosh on a 5 dollar footlong from Subway. Flash forward into the future. It's Sunday night, Mother's Day and I'm exhausted. I have been my wife's servant all day and all I want is to go to sleep. I saw the big building that hangs over the edge of the 5 North like a haunted hotel. The yellow letters beckoned to me. I peeked a little longer and TV's were playing inside! What the hell, I thought. Why would this place purposefully look closed? On Monday morning I told Miles of my discovery. He was naturally skeptical, who could blame him? So lunch rolled around and we took off. As we walked toward the establishment it still looked closed. It wasn't until a white board with rubbed out letters said "Monday Lunch Specials" called out to us. We walked inside. TV's covered every available inch besides the windows. There looked to be double the amount of people working than necessary. This didn't give me too much hope. A generic version of The Yard House with pastel hues and corny dotted sun blinds. For some reason I looked at the menu like I didn't know what I wanted. I ordered the wings in hot sauce that came with fries off the lunch special menu and a VIP margarita. Now I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The wings when they arrived were not only steamy but the sauce was HOT. I can usually take down some odd twenty wings with no issue or worry for stomach pains the next day but these things slowed me down. I had to drink down my margarita to get the sparks from flying out of my mouth. Each wing had been smothered in their wonderful house buffalo sauce and I certainly was not letting any of it go to waste. Halfway through while wiping my tears of hot joy I asked the server if he knew that there was no posting about their current location online to show they were open. He knew and said it was a problem because most people were saying the same thing. So yes, Buffalo Wild Wings is OPEN. I'm just not sure if they know it yet." - Screamin Dave

They just opened, so I hope it will get better. I took my daughter there to eat before we watched a movie. I decided not to eat more then 3 of the 12 wings because they were so bad. It looks like the cook all the wings the same and then just smother them in their special sauce. I had the Jerk Chicken and Garlic flavor. I'll pass on both. I also asked for their best appetizer and the waiter gave me wedge cut french fries. Service was horrible, my meal came out 10 minutes after my daughter's.

I can't say enough bad things about this place/experience. Pretty much the only reason to go is to eat fried wings (and they are really, at their core, just fried wings with a plethora of sauce to choose from). The rest of the menu is just basic bar food. Of course, if you DO go there to do that, you might expect that with that kind of basic bar food, at LEAST the food would arrive. In our case, not even that kind of luck. If you go here, you are simply going to drink beer and eat nasty fried wings while playing old pac-man games and looking at sports memorabilia designed to distract you from how much this place sucks. Never again.

Horrible service!!!! Went there this week for a group gathering at lunch time which we called ahead to notify them about. Well arrived drinks was quick but everything was slow. Food took about 30-45 mins. No air conditioning because manager stated it's being serviced. Waiter took for ever after we gave ourcards to pay. Just to realize he was also working the TO GO cashier as well. Ants was walking on the tables. This place needs New Management now!!!!!!

My friends and i went here for the first time a couple days ago. The food was nothing special. I got the burger and the patties looked like they gave me the leftover burger parts that previous customers didn't eat. The patty came in 5 pieces when its supposed to be one patty. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!! First they stuck my friends and i in an extremely cold room with isolated from the whole restaurant (there were open tables everywhere in the restaurant). When we asked to change the server gave us a bit of an attitude. Our server was the WORST!!!!!! (keep in mind it was not very busy). He was rude, ignored us, he took 15 minutes to get our drinks, we asked him for water 3 times, asked for ranch 3 times, and mustard 4 times. Also got my friends order wrong and told my friend that is was what he ordered!! He was an ASS!!!! When we asked for the manager and told him about our server her didn't believe us and coped an attitude!!!!!!!! After our server came back 10 minutes later with a half-assed apology and a smirk on his face!!! We got our check and nothing had been taking of so we go to the front test and the hosted tells us with an attitude that the manager was no where to be found. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

ew. Don't eat here. Boyfriend and I just went here the other night and he's been sick the past two days because he got food poisoning from this fine establishment. My chicken wasn't cooked on the chicken sandwich I ordered either...I sent it back, but apparently his wasn't either.

This place is BOMB! SOOOO good. They have such a huge variety of sauces and beers. And there's a bunch of big screen TV's! I think my only complaint is their staff. They're pretty slow and don't check in as often as they should. But the great food makes up for it.

This location just opened a couple weeks ago. We came on a Saturday around 1:30pm and it was pretty empty inside. Shops in the Kaleidoscope center have always been kind of hit and miss and I'm surprised anything stays in business. Our server was nice, but the service was slow. I'd say the food quality wasn't the greatest. Chicken wrap had a foreign object inside (could have been bone, but looked more like a piece of plastic). I requested "hot" for my Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich and they were too stingy on the sauce. (The Hooters version of the Buffalo Chicken sandwich is much better). I'll give it another try in 4-6 months after they have some time to work the kinks out.

Very good chicken wings with plenty of different sauces to choose from. I have tried the Caribbean jerk and something Parmesan. The jerk has a very nice hot and savory flavor. They also had a good selection of drinks. I had a margarita. Already being very intoxicated from earlier in the night, I can't really tell you about the quality of the margarita, but it was relatively cheap.

Great atmosphere for watching sports as everywhere you look your watching your favorite sport games. The Sports are complimented with a full bar however when it came to the main event; the wings, I'd have to say I wasn't all that impressed. I had their boneless wings which where deep fried 80% batter 20% chicken. For every six wings you can get a different sauce. They had about 10 or so different varieties of sauces to choose from. I tried the garlic Parmesan, sweet BBQ (the best of the three) and the Jerk sauce. Each order of wings comes with a side of ranch. The ranch was excellent. Overall Buffalo Wild Wings is a good place to go with your buddies to catch the game, have a few beers and eat like pigs, but I wouldn't go if your on the prowl for some amazing buffalo wings.

I am a usual at this bww and love the place and food but this weekend I went twice and both times I had horrible service. Saturday at around 1 I went with a party of 6. We were seated right away in the dine section. Server came for our drinks and we decided to order right away as we always do so we can get our food faster. He came back with our drinks and never once came back for refills or anything else. Our order came out 50 minutes after we ordered. Some other guy brought it to us. The food wasn't even hot anymore or barely even warm. I had to get up and get my own refills for everyone. I had to get all silverware for us too and at the end of it I had to get us some boxes for left overs too. He finally came back with the check and put it on the table but once again, never came back so we had to go up to the front and pay ourselves. Before this Saturday nothing like this had ever occurred. Then I went back with a party of 9 on Sunday and we all put in our orders at the same time and some how my order literally went M.I.A. Everyone got their food and i thought mine was coming right out but I waited and waited and nothing. The rest of my party was done eating and I hadn't received my food yet. I ended up talking to one of the managers and they apologized and sent my food out after another 5 minutes. This kind of service two days in a row is unacceptable. I love the place and the food but these experience were horrible.

restroom was filty, quality of food was bad, bartender guy need to be trained and so does the manager. empty glass and food not showing up on time is not good service. too many customers stranded to place orders is not good news. boneless chicken wings are mostly batter and fries was not hot( probably someone forgot to handed to the customer), bleach smell sitting at the bar was awful

I wish I could choose no stars. Let me preface this review with the fact that I actually love BWW. They have always had great food, and great service. That is, at every OTHER location I have been to. This place was HORRIBLE, and I will NEVER come back. My story: We walk in and grab a table. Nobody comes to take our order for about 10 minutes. FINALLY, our waitress comes, we let her know we have tickets to see a movie, so we're in a bit of a rush. We order drinks: A beer, a water, and 3 iced teas. 20 minutes later, no sign of the waitress or our drinks. 5 minutes after that, we get fed up and go to the bar to get OUR OWN drinks. Finally, after almost 30 minutes of being there, we order our food. The waitress had no idea that the wings were on special even though I pointed out the sign that said "60 cent wings," and we were almost charged 3 times what we should have been (on top of their ridiculous ranch change). Her excuse, "Oh. I don't normally work on Wednesdays." I felt like saying, "Do you normally not read on Wednesdays too?" Of course I didn't, but I wanted to! The food then comes another 30 minutes later. The ordered is messed up, we get the wrong wings, 1/2 of them are cold, but we are now late for the movie, so, knowing it's probably going to take another 30 minutes to get our bill, we ask for the check, and scarf down our wings which could have been better. By the time we pay our bill, we just want to leave and get the heck outta there. We go to the movie, and enjoy our night. The next morning, I am charged once for the ENTIRE bill (we split it between 5 people), and once for the portion of the bill I actually signed for ($16.00). So, I bring the 2 receipts back the next day, show the manager my bank statment and that they overcharged me, complain about the services from the night before, and he says it will be taken care of. 5 days later, no sign of my money. I call 3 times, no return call. So, almost 2 weeks & 4 attempts later, I make the 20 minute drive on my lunch break, BACK there AGAIN for my 5th attempt to get this rectified. FINALLY, I get a credit on my account, FOR THE WRONG AMOUNT! Called again today, and "it's being taken care of." Mind you, there were no apologies for my inconvenience, no attempt to make it up to me for wasting my time, and absolutely no respect shown on the employee or management side for me having to put up with such a complete and udder lack of customer service. In closing, if you have a ton of time on your hands, don't mind waiting a few hours for cold, tasteless wings with sauce you never ordered, and aren't thirsty, hungry, or expecting an ounce of customer service, come here for dinner. And bring cash!

Ive been to a few Buffalo wild wings and this is probably the place with the worst service. The worker never seem to care to refill your drinks or ask if everything is ok. They just throw the food down and walk away for hours. Still decent food and a nice atmosphere but just wish the service was better.

My friend and I went to this BWW to see if it was any better than the one on Lake forest. My friend was waiting in the bar for me and when I got there we noticed the table was broken and wobbly. We asked the server if it was alright for us to move tables and she said yes and then took our drink orders. We moved over two tables and she came back with our drinks and we ordered our food. She came and checked on us once and finally 45 mins later I flagged her down and asked where our food was and she acted surprised that we had not got it yet. She then went to the kitchen and returned and scolded us literally scolded us for moving tables. She then went on to lecture us about how another table had gotten our food for free because we moved tables. She told us now that those people were eating with out charge because of us. Now I had asked her if we could move and she said yes and she had not taken our order until we had moved tables. So another 30 mins later we finally got our food. Under such circumstances I thought for sure she would comp us something on our bill but nope full price for everything.

Last night I went to this establishment with 3 friends. One of my friends had won coupons totaling in worth of 200 free wings. He won them on Superbowl, by buying raffle tickets. Not only did he purchase raffle tickets his group also paid money for the table. Anyways, we tried to redeem one of the coupons that said 50 free wings, valid at this location only, and valid for you and 9 friends. The coupon also requests you call ahead, which my friend did. We have used one coupon before with no problems. This time it was a huge problem! The young manager said she had no authority to honor this coupon, that a previous GM had created those and he is no longer here. Well there is NO EXPIRATION DATE nor does it say Valid with this particular GM. IT is a promotion given by BUFFALO WILD WINGS, not the manager. The manager speaking to us did not help us at all and it was a very bad experience. We requested information to get to corporate and all she gave us was the GM's number. That we had to go to him first. That is ridiculous. I will never go back, and I will continue to tell my friends that love to dine out not to visit this establishment.

Drinks were inexpensive but full of ice, so it probably was a break even. The ribs were actually very good. I was not allowed to get extra coleslaw instead of french fries, but luckily I was able to exchange my fries for a table-mate's coleslaw. There are better places to eat at that mall....

This is one of the worst restaurants i have been to in my life. I have gone here a few times honestly because it is walking distance from my house and i like to watch Angels games when they are away here but after my experience i got last night i will never step foot in there again. Last night we were there for my friends bday. Our server Steve.O was awful! There was two time when a few of us order beers and they never came so we had to remind him and order them again. Half the food came out and the other half took about an extra 20 mins to come out and it was cold. Which there was no excuse for taking that long since there was only like 10 people in there total. About 45 mins before they were closed we ordered our last round of drinks. 15 mins later our server comes by asking us if we want to order our last drinks because it was last call..we were like ummm we already order some and still haven't gotten them. He than came by 10 mins later telling us oops sorry its too late our bar is closed. When it came time to pay the bill we all had separate checks and all our checks where fine. After we all paid our server came by saying there was one beer that wasn't paid for. Wanting to leave i just said fine i would pay for it. Most of of group was outside and we were waiting for the rest of us to come out when the server again approached another one of my friends and said there was two more beer that "weren't" paid for. My friend just wanted to leave so she paid for them. Once we were all outside and discovered what happened and that those were three beers that none of us drank, i went back inside to speak with the manager. His name was Pablo Martinez. Let me tell you i don't know how this person got a job here. He was the rudest most unprofessional person i have ever meet in my life. He never took responsibility for what happened or apologized he just stood there with a rude smirk on his face. Once i was done telling him about how horrible our service was. He basically tells me if i want i can come in tomorrow and complain but i am no longer his concern because they already have my money. Are you kidding me?? Whatever you do don't eat here, its not worth your money especially if that how you get treated!!

I don't even think they should get one star. I will never go back here. The service was so bad and the waitress was a ding bat. We had to wait 25 min for 2 lemonades,1 water,1 diet coke and a beer. I had to get up and ask the manager who was just standing at the end of the bar if he could get us our drinks. The board outside said .60 cent wings so we went to order them and she told us it was only on Thurs night we were there on a Wed. We said the board outside does not say that but oh well okay. So we placed our order it took a long time to come out and before it did she said oh I was wrong I guess it is .60cents after we had already order off the menu and the order was suppose to be coming. Then she said when the guy comes to bring you your food just pretend like you didn't order the ranch dressing and then I can take it off your bill. We all looked at each other confused. Well we got our food just right before our movie next door was suppose to start. The order was missed up and then we had to ask for the check and to go containers. We put the order on 2 separate checks and of course that got screwed up. She only had to separate 1 person's order on the check. Needless to say it was a nightmare and maybe the managers should be walking around checking on all tables asking how everything is. My friends also went there and said it was the worse and they would never go back. This was before they knew I went. The food came out cold and was not good. I will never go back.

Ok I have given up on this place! Been to many BWW across the country and hands down this is run the worst! The service is bad. Let me also say this is not after one time of going in, I tried about 5 other times and it's the same everytime. It's close to my house do convienent but I'm driving 10 minutes the other way now to the Lake Forest location.

Worst service I have EVER had! Went there twice in one week, once for a birthday and the second time to watch the Thursday night football. First time was bad, didn't think it could get any worse so we tried it again...Boy was I wrong. Waitress got the order wrong (even after we asked her to read it back to us) she then disappeared and we had no server for over 20 minutes. Manager was clueless on how to manage staff or to resolve any situations. Note to Buffalo Wings....TRAIN YOUR STAFF!

Hmm...how can I say this... Buffalo Wild Wings does a lot of things but does none of them well. The wings are definitely not the best I've had and considering that this is supposed to be their wheel house, what's the deal with that? I will say that I do appreciate their habanero mango sauce though. I'll give them a star for that. The other star is for the general set up and the tons of TV's which make watching a bunch of football games at the same time really nice. Other than that, the service here is generally lacking and the food is edible at best. Guess I'll have to stick to a strictly beer diet whenever I find myself here for a game.

Service & food were great! Jeremy (our server was excellent) food was good & came rather quickly. Only drawback was the area that we sat was very cold & drafty but otherwise great experience!

I'm a fan of BWW -- I get 'em quite often, at least once a month I'd say. This was the 1st BWW I'd experienced, so it'll always have a special place in my heart. We happened to be at this BWW location during the 1st week it was open, and everything seemed good to us. Wings were good, drinks were plentiful and flowing. Everything was new, so it was a nice place to be -- and the extra overflow room made the place feel even bigger, and I was thinking to myself how fun it'd be to have that as a party room one day with all my friends, and hang out with Yelpers too. It was months ago, so I don't remember a lot of details. And I'm not a detail guy anyways, so I wouldn't have remembered much if it were yesterday.

My teenage neice, for some odd reason, wanted to go to this place. I wouldn't have bothered because I've read the reviews, but I decided to be fair & give the place a chance. This place is a "one & done". The wings were mushy, overly spicy even tho' we ordered non-spicy, the fries-definitely cheap frozen ones, were undercooked, gritty went in the trash with the chicken.

This is at first glance not an ideal place for dinner if you don't eat meat. We even asked the waitress what a vegetarian should order if she wanted something delicious and she kind of stared nervously and stuttered a bit, only to admit after a few seconds that there wasn't really anything for a vegetarian. She seemed much relieved to find out I eat fish and so we agreed I should try the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with a fish patty on it instead. Whew! What a relief, problem solved. I prefaced the meal with a nice large Hefeweisen which made everything taste that much better :) The restrooms were pretty clean though not spotless....
